We loved this house. Inside was spacious and beautifully decorated. Clean, great location. Fresh flowers and a gift card to Capt Parkers was much appreciated and beautiful to see. Found out that Captain Parkers has the best clam chowder we have had. Thank you. We absolutely loved the upper area. I didnt even know there was a refrigerator and sink upstairs till I saw it. Very handy. Spent a large portion of our time there. If your an early riser at 5 am this bedroom is for you. There are so many bunnies everywhere and plenty of birds to watch. Very nice location and nice hosts. Would love to stay again.

This is one of the loveliest homes I've stayed at through VRBO. Beautifully appointed; every detail attended to. Location was perfect for us birdwatchers and we truly enjoyed the little slice of nature surrounding the home. Everything about our stay was perfection and I hope we can return again in the future.

Lovely home that was nicely decorated. Nice personal touches with fresh flowers and a gift certificate to a local restaurant was very welcoming. The morning sunrise from the upper deck was stunning . The evening view of the stars sitting by the fire pit was a fabulous way to end the day! Hope to come back to this warm and welcoming home!

Our family had a great week at this house. The owners (Joe and Theresa) were communicative and equipped the house with everything we needed and more. The house was in close proximity to the beach and many other places. We’ve stayed in various houses over the years and this was by far the best one.

Beautiful decorated house with very wonderful owners, fresh flowers greet you on arrival, instructions and. Communication very clear. All the amenities of home.. We had a very relaxing stay in this beautiful cared for home.

My family and I enjoyed a comfortable, relaxing week staying in this property. We had all the comforts of home with some extra touches and a beautiful view. It is clear that the owners take a lot of pride and they go the extra mile for their guests. In my opinion the house is better suited for adults or at least well behaved children as there are lots of decorations inside, which enhanced our experience, but could be tempting for little hands! We cooked a few meals in the kitchen, but also enjoyed a short drive to some of our favorite restaurants - short drive to beaches too! Would love to stay here again!

My husband, daughter and I had a great stay here. The house is adorable with more than enough room for us, including all the amenities you need for a beach week. The deck and view are exactly as pictured, a great spot for morning coffee or evening wine. Short bike ride to seagull beach. We’d love to make this our yearly rental

Beautiful property, lots of things to do and welcoming area

The house is exactly as pictured! It is clean, comfortable and has everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The second story deck has a beautiful water view. We started and ended our day on the deck. The lower patio also is equally enjoyable. You are surrounded by nature no matter where you choose to sit! Great vacation had by all!!

What a great time we had at an even better house. Flowers and appetizers were their to greet us. A newspaper each day. It was marvelous. Like many others, the top deck and fireplace was our family’s favorite handout. Teresa couldn’t have been more welcoming and responsive. We will certainly return again if they’ll have us.

This rental home is just as described. Our favorite part of the home was the upstairs deck......comfortable chairs along with a great fire pit and beautiful views. This was the perfect location for our week's stay. Very convenient and every amenity we needed. Would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful week staying in this home. The location is ideal - water views from the deck and kitchen, a short bike ride or walk to Sea Gull beach, and 10 minute drive to the ferry in Hyannis. We loved the layout which worked well for our family of four and cleanliness of the home. The air conditioning was perfect on a hot and humid week. Beds were a bit firm for our taste, but there were sheets and towels provided which was helpful. The owners were wonderful - they helped get us prepped for the hurricane and also gave us a gift card to Captain Parker’s and fresh flowers which were nice touches. Would definitely stay again!

This home was beautiful. The ease of getting in the home and communication was excellent. The outdoor spaces were spectacular. Having coffee on the upper deck every morning will be missed. Theresa had so many special touches you don’t get with many rentals. It was very clean and well stocked with anything you may need or want. The location to Sea Gull beach was great.

We love the Cape and this was good for all of us. Our daughter and her family were with us and we all had fun time with family plus time for our selves in the studio. Theresa and Joe were very helpful and involved with the property when needed. It was a wonderful week

Absolutely amazing home. And the owners were so nice and always available for questions or concerns. The house is roomy, spacious, well-stocked and just an absolute pleasure to be in. Wonderful deck with the fire pit. Beautiful kitchen. Lots of beach towels. And a washer and dryer to boot. Absolutely wonderful experience ! Joe and Theresa are super nice people and a pleasure to work with.

This property is in a great location; close to the beach and close to great area restaurants. There is a view of the water from both the first and second floor. Great quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

I can't say enough good things about this property. The location is perfect and the accommodations could not be better. The beds and furnishings are extremely comfy and they literally have everything you need. Cook's kitchen for those who want to prepare their own meals. Beautiful decor and so many cozy sitting areas! Very close to the beach. Will definitely rent this property again!

The house was clean and had everything we needed. Fire place and fire pits made is so cozy to sit inside or outside. Great layout for two couples to enjoy time together, as well as have some privacy. The house had everything we needed and was just as described or better. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the recommendations for places to eat in the neighbourhood. Even though we weren't able to enjoy the outdoors so much due to the weather, the house provided all the warmth and comforts we needed for our stay. Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed the quiet peaceful neighborhood and views of Lewis pond. Tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The patio and balcony were very relaxing. We hope to rent this property next year.

This house was just the thing for a Cape Cod beach getaway! Perfect location close to conveniences and Sea Gull Beach. Every amenity has been carefully thought about from fresh flowers/chocolates to a fully stocked kitchen. The upper deck was where we spent each night watching the sun set, looking over the water, and enjoying the gas fire place. We certainly hope to return! The house is truly comfortable and homey.

We were supposed to be in Hawaii this week, but due to current travel restrictions we changed our plans and chose Cape Cod a few weeks ago. We were so lucky to find this gem! My husband, 2 teenage daughters and I enjoed being in a quiet neighborhood to ride bikes and walk to the beach. We were close enough to the main road to get delicious ice cream (Penguins.) Other nights we stayed home to BBQ and cook, and tried out both firepits for Smores!! Another benefit of the location was it's easy to get to Hyannis and P'town, but also not that far when entering and exiting the Cape during busy weekend traffic. Highly recommend!

Excellent location for catching the ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. Everything was there that we needed for our stay.

We loved this house. The location is fantastic, and it was even better than described. We spent a lot of time on the upper deck in the late afternoon/evening relaxing around the gas fire pit. We didn't have any issues with the features of the house. The outdoor shower was so convenient (also, it's huge) after a day at the beach or on the kayak. We grilled out a few times, cooked, and being able to do some laundry was also nice. I didn't have to lug nearly as much stuff as I normally would when staying in a hotel. Let's see...what else...there's plenty of comfortable places to sit and just hang out. The hosts have thought of everything. They responded right away to questions and, I felt, went the extra mile with leaving beach towels etc.., for us to use. I also appreciated that there weren't any crazy surprises in regards to cleaning at the end of our stay. It was just the basics: wash the beach towels, strip the bed, and don't leave dirty dishes. Trash went in the empty cans in the garage. It was frictionless, and that's not always the case. That's about all I can think of. You can't go wrong with this rental; I'll definitely be staying there again if it's available!
