The beds and the terras

The shower was drained, the ventilator was not cleaned for ages and there were no plates at all.

Spacious

No curtains to bathroom, no privacy in bathroom window, no lights (the main switch board button was kept off and we had a struggle to reach to manager of the property. No toiletries (shower gel, toothpaste, etc). Main disappointment was: Bath tub and sink was blocked and difficult ti drain the water.

Location was great and very clean. Staff helpful with our concerns.

Kitchen - missing one dining chair. Had to use a rickety balcony chair for eating. Limited cooking utensils and pots/pans, did not make it practical for cooking g despite fabulous appliances. Bathroom - no shower doors meant bathroom flooded. This was rectified on our second day and extra towels provided as ours were used to mop the floor. Extremely smelly shower drain, smelt like rotten bins. Entry procedure and wifi- this left a lot to be desired. Needed to have internet to receive the entry instructions at the time we could access the apartment and internet to enter. This meant we had to go to a local cafe, make a purchase to collect instructions. On arrival to the building, we needed wifi to access. The wifi details provided did not work, so we had to go to a cafe over the road, make another purchase and use their wifi to contact reception again. Reception let us in remotely however the wifi, at best, worked intermittently which meant access was unreliable. On pointing out this issue to reception, we were advised to purchase a SIM card for our phone. This is not suitable, and nowhere in the booking we’re we advised that we would require internet to enter both the building external door and apartment door. Eventually, reception provided a set of keys for our use. Internet enabled access os fraught with potential problems and people booking should be advised upfront. Additionally, a means of access in the event of power or internet failure should be provided. Other - apartment did not have the appliances noted such as a fan. We requested e as it was very hot but it could not be supplied. Also missing ironing facilities for clothes.

Digital keys made it easy to access with multiple friends turning up at different times.

No A/C but not end of the world.

We did not have breakfast at the apartment. So we walked a short journey into main town to have food which was very nice

I liked everything prague is a beautiful place to visit

No curtains in the rooms (at the road side opposite the restaurant) which 2 of our party struggled with the light

1. low responsiveness of the host (see point 3) 2. Despite we took the apartment for 2 days, not even a bottle of water in the house (sorry this is not acceptable), 3. Shower gel / Shampoo MISSING (WTF? We are here 2 days and we must buy shower gel but ourselves? In addition we asked and we have been totally ignored - shame on you), 4. One mid size towel only, no towel for face / hands, 5. Shower had no water protection and even if you try to be gentle all floor will be wet, 6. Impossible bad “tubes” smell in the toilet - all the smell was in the house (in addition shower was broken - shame on you)

we booked the apartment for 4members. 2 beds out of 4 were broken. the toilet was full of little warms at night. Very noisy around 22:00-23:00

Great location, balcony

the fact you pay all that money and expect to be safe. You do not expect a random person to walk into your apartment in the early hours of the morning. You then try and contact the property for an explanation and get no reply. You then contact Booking.com as the agent to be told there is nothing they can do.

sound insulation is not good, environment noise is quite loud. the tableware is not prepared enough.

the location is great, right in the heart of the city. nice place to stay with a family or group of friends

was the worst experience ever. when we arrived they gave us a link to open the main door of the building and the door’s flat. Then they didn’t give us the key and told us we can use the link and the key wasn’t necessary. at night when we came back to our flat we couldn’t enter because the link didn’t work. We called many times and sent them many messages but they didn’t reply and after 7 hours they reply and they didn’t even apologize. we had to go to the hotel to expend the night because we couldn’t enter and they don’t want to recognize those expenses. also their concierge has a really bad customer service.

The location is good, and the apartment was big.

Lack of kitchen utensils and not enough toilet paper… There is no physical reception so everything must be done online. For us it worked fine but I can imagine that some people find it difficult.

Rooms are big. Location near train station.

Checking in and getting entry to the apartment is complicated. The key card was not working and when I tried to use it, I got locked outside. I could not enter the room while my family is locked inside and could not get out. We managed to get the key but after calling again the reception. You need to have access to wifi in order to check in and if your phone does not have that, checking in is not possible. It would be easier to provide keys.
