The Sri Lankan breakfast was very good. I tried both the Sri Lankan and the western breakfast. The room was much bigger than I expected.

Great location bang in front of Dutch Hospital but away from busy main roads. Tuktuks always available in front. Huge room and huge bathroom with reliable hot water. Efficient aircon. Very large comfy bed. Large desk. Nice public areas including lively pub downstairs. Staff amiable and available.
Flaws but not dealbreakers: thomping noise weekends from concerts downstairs; funky smell in lobby and halls; no bathrobes.

The room was big, the room my friend stayed in was even much bigger! Bed was huge and super comfy. Staff was very nice and friendly. Location was perfect and right in the centre of Colombo. Bathroom was clean and big, got shampoo and body wash.

the room bad smell and was without windows that why i paid another money and changes the room. all room has strange colour carpet and it is looking very bad

Excellent location in the Fort area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Good value for money hotel - would recommend. Everything about it was easy and user friendly so we chose to return for our last night before flying home.

location, close to Dutch hospital and water front
booked for 2 guests. room made up for a single guest. 1 towel, no hand towel, 1 tea mug, one water glass. had to request additional everything. this is their policy? no conditioner. courtyard view means looking into the hotel itself. poor food. not tasty and overly spicy

the hotel was amazing.. the room was very big and clean .. the staff was really good and friendly when they knew that we will make an early check out at 6:00 am because of our plane .. they prepared for all of us take away breakfast to take to the airport .. the breakfast was so delicious ..

Location, service and breakfasts are awesome. They pack a breakfast for early check-out so we could eat it in the airport.
There was only one towel in the room for two people and no bathrobes. I'm sure if we ask some more they would bring, but after a long day we were too tired to go to reception.
