The location is very good, shops are just walking distance. The cabin that we choose was very good, everything inside looks new and clean. The facility is pretty good, keep the kids busy.

We are a family of 4, so we don’t really want bunk bed, so we ended up choosing superior cabin, which we love. The only thing missing in that cabin on a small verandah, so that the adults can sit down and relaxing at night time after the kids went to bed without the need to whisper inside the cabin. We di realised there is other type of cabin that offers verandah, just not a fan of bunk beds that comes with it.

Many amenities, clean and easy to get to. And it was right next door to Domino’s pizza!

The place is conveniently located to alot of other places as well as a great stay for kids with the splash Park and pool

‼️📣 ALL FAMILIES MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING 📣‼️ Let me start by saying this facilities at this place is amazing, my family love to come here for the summer BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS DISGUSTING AND DISGRACEFUL!! I booked a party here for kids and was giving a tremendous amount of rules. Hence being at this place 2 summers before my event I knew how parties were held here. When my family received the keys to our cabins the ladies were not welcoming and went into power trip and abuse of right! We were told the kids parent were only authorised to drop their kids and leave while my husband and I had to supervise 20 children under the age of 10, after getting my point across that this rule is so foolish and unsafe they let the parents come with a cost of $10 a head to come and supervise (the parents were not swimming). Our next set of rules was that all my guest had to park at the parking lot next-door to holiday park due to insuranceand liability issues. (Mind you I have seen birthday parties happen here before and guest park on the grass area right in front of the accommodation). There was another party going on same time as my kids and all their vehicles was parked on the grass Jo did not stop their vehicles not once. We played music while cooking our BBQ and got told to turn it right down (we did as she told). Another family heard what Jo (floor manager) had to say and explained to me that her family was playing music all day the day before (pool side) and Jo (floor manager) did not stop them once. I feels as if the entire time were being racially profiled. Our party time was finished (Jo needed to come back out and remind me) Then sent in the cleaner to start cleaning up the area while my guest was helping me pack up. The cleaning was so rough and in a rush!! He almost knocked my 3 yr old nephew while dragging out the bins so aggressively. We asked him ,"are you ok?

Location was great. Facilities were amazing,so much to do with the kids.

Beds were not great but seems to be like that with most cabin accommodation. Floors had been swept but definitely not mopped in a long time.

Amazing facilities for the kids, our unit comfortably fit 4 adults and 2 children. The staff we’re friendly and accommodating.

Supply of pool towels. Although not vital. Edge of the pool was very slippery no matter how careful you walked.
