The location is perfect for a concert weekend. 8 min walk to the pavilion with many restaurants in between. Easy access in and out with a good floor plan for a couple. We would definitely book this again!

The bed mattress was hard for our preference, but we understand this is a personal choice. Host contacted us twice a day during our stay. Once in the middle of the concert, we told the host we would be attending. It was a bit too much contact for our preference.

Location, lake view, cleanliness, pool, gym, privacy, nice washer/dryer, peaceful, felt safe.

Texting to my Japanese phone regarding check out and reminder to review with a 10 rating. I don’t need/want reminders. I’m 13+ hours ahead of you and I actually checked out a day early due to my own misplanning of my flight. No tv in bedroom, so I slept on sofa. 🙁These are minor things, in my opinion. Overall, a great stay.

i was stranded. the complex changed the codes for the fobs which was all you had to get in I spent a sweltering humid evening trying to find a way in. i had security trying help me, but they couldn’t…other resident, but most couldnt…finally another resident “rode in the car with me and helped me in and helped to carry my things. that could have been a very unsafe event for me, but luckily the guy was a nice guy. i had driven 4 hours for my very first tradeshow for my own business. i had very hectic week. when the person that rented it through you texted me the following day…he yelled at me and blamed me. I had to leave a meeting to move my stuff out and checked into the Marriott.

Absolutely the best location! Walkable to Convention Center, parks, groceries and anything else you want. Very quiet, easy to park, easy to access and well appointed.

Love the apartment because I got to cook for my friend while we chatted and visited while I was in town for a short while. You can't do that in a Hotel Room.

I can't think of anything better. It was all great.
