Our room was very quiet and dark, perfect for jet lag recovery!

I had an second floor cabin at the front of the resort with views to the beach. The cabin itself was nice and cosy. Nicely decorated. Bathroom was excellent. shower is massive!
Nothing I didn't like about the resort but due to it's proximity to the beach and all the bars it can be a bit loud at night. Didn't bother me, just something to keep in mind m

everything. the cottages, the surroundings, greenery all around, very well maintained resort. cordial staff. right next to the beach. and their food is the best thing about them. the amazing breakfast buffet spread as well as anything that you will order for kitchen will be top notch. super delicious food and cocktails and everything else.
nothing at all. I did not get to eat their crème brulee is my only disappointment as I did not get it on both my stays.

the location of the property is good.
the uploaded pics on the app is a bluff. the rooms , pool and restaurant is too small. breakfast is delicious but every day it’s same.

Non courteous & arrogant housekeeping staff. Front desk or reservation team unavailable for any queries during reservations.
Inspite of making reservation through booking.com with free cancellation, we were threatened to release the room if we don’t pay them room advance just 2 days after reservation.
No parking space available for our cars.

Dining area service was very good, the staff were very attentive and always helped with a smile
Found the attitude of the reception staff in particular the manager not very customer focused. It was almost arrogant. We had to complain on several occasions before the pool was cleaned. The resort took the remainder of the money as soon as we checked in perhaps this could have been left until checkout it was not as if we were going to runaway. We had also cancelled a room within the allotted free cancellation period but still have not received the refund for this. To this day I am still chasing the resort but will have to take this up with the credit card company.

it was all good. while booking we selected the room with breakfast included but on arrival we got the room without the breakfast.
