Das Appartement ist unglaublich schön mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Der Balkon ist super groß und bietet sogar ein wenig Meerblick. Die Lage ist etwas vom Strand entfernt, der Fußweg ist aber erträglich wenn er auch steil bergauf bzw ab geht. Ein bisschen Bewegung schadet nicht. Zu Fuß zur Promenade sind es gemütlich 15min. Die Ausstattung ist ebenso umfangreich. Teller, Tassen, Haartrockner - im Grunde alles da. Einzig Duschgeld und eigenes Shampoo wäre gut. Die beiden Zimmer liegen perfekt auseinander, sodass man voneinander nicht viel mitbekommt.

The apartment looks big on advert pictures actually the apartment is a bit smaller. It is okay for a family of 3-4.

We spent a very good time in the Avitan apartamento. It’s very spacious, light and fully furnished. The appartement has fast internet, comfortable beds and a good shower. From the balcony you can enjoy a nice view. The host provided very good recommendations and was flexible with check out. If you are with a car it’s convenient to park it in the garage. We fully recommend this appartement.

First of all apartment is very spacious with a lot of space to keep your stuff also the apartment is fully equipped, you will have a coffee maker and even beach towels! We really enjoyed spending our evenings in a terrace, it’s a super cozy place to have breakfast, dinner or just a cup of coffee. Apartment has a very unique style, every modern boho style element and decoration makes you feel relaxed. It truly feels like a holiday home. I saw that some people took cabs to home, because apartament is a little bit up to hill, but we are quite active and even with two little kids didn’t find it too hard to walk from beach to apartment by foot. Down the street you can find a small shop, where you can find all necessary things, down the hill there is a large grocery shop. The best thing for us was that apartment is still not to far away from the beach, but further from noisy streets/restaurants/bars, so we got a very good night sleep. You can also rent a space for your car which is in a garage it gets very convenient because at the evening you can’t really find a free space for a car on the street. In conclusion it is a very cozy and beautiful apartment in a great location. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Lovely apartment with small balcony

Didnt like the Location, steep hill to climb, approx. 25 minutes walk to beachfront, requires taxi especially at night. Only one settee in living room for 4 adults.
