Personal sehr authentisch nicht penetrant freundlich dass einem auf die Nerven geht einfach nett und bemüht.
Sehr leckeres Essen im Restaurant.
Dass Restaurant ist in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft a die Zimmern und kann Abends sehr laut sein.

Rustic feel in a rural setting. Clean and tidy, friendly cats and other animals. Nice restaurant popular with the locals. Good air conditioning.
Quite noisy late at night as proximity to the restaurant and communal areas. Public transport infrequent. Plug sockets were of the older Italian style so European/French/German plugs did not work. Limited outdoor lighting at rear entrance.

Very beautiful area, quaint farm country style buildings, good dining experience.
Personal were not always available. Problems communicating.

Breakfast was great! With bread, yoghurt, coffee, cheese and hams. We could even repeat the coffee!!
The people attending the guess were always great and willing to help.
The restaurant at the hotel serves plenty of local italian food cooked by themselves.
Just one night there was a big group of people having dinner in the room next to our bedroom (which is part of the restaurant). It can get a bit noisy, but as soon as the guess are away the problem was solved.

amazing place to stay, fantastic restaurant and room, in a most unusual location just 20 mins from lake como , friendly staff …. better than most hotels ive stayed in and such good value… would definitely recommend and return

Lovely location on the mountain above Lake Comi. Warm family environment. Friendly dogs and cats and other animals roaming the grounds. Locals celebrating birthdays and other special occasions in the very good restaurant. Strongly recommend!!
Nothing really. It's good to know that you can walk here on a pedestrian and bike path from menaggio in about half an hour if you are fit. It's uphill, but separate from the road on a lovely path through the trees.

We stayed for two nights, which was fine. The location is great, near Menaggio. You can even walk to the village through a nice path.
The food in the restaurant was very good.
The staff was very friendly. My girlfriend got sick and they brought tea. Also, we could have dinner at the upper part of the restaurant where no one was which was very comfortable.
Breakfast was good.

Basic facilities, but in a lovely location, great staff, and nice restaurant. Lots of farm animals on the grounds, providing a great vibe to the place.
Sound proofing is not great! You will hear your next door neighbor, but the location is super quiet

The location is really in a farm in a very calm and beautiful place between mountains. The restaurant is very authentic with tasty food.
A 18 years birthday party that took place at a restaurant room next my room, because I had to wake up at 5am to head off to the airport. Italians are very loud :) Still, they finished at about 23:30.
