It was close to the center of Florence. The staff were great and very accommodating.

Parking is a nightmare. No elevator.

The property is beautiful! Breakfast was incredible! The staff felt like family. Close to the beach and a quick walk into town. Our room was cleaned daily and was immaculate. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely perfect. We kept adding nights to our stay we loved it so much. Directly across the street from a great supermarket. We look forward to staying here again. It felt like a home away from home.

A modern property with very good facilities. Whilst not located too centrally, it is a straightforward walk to the historic centre, and there is always a cheap tuk tuk ride available. A very good breakfast.

LOCATION IS FATAL! There is a road and a railway on one side, and a parking lot and a market on the other. If you do not have a car, you have far away everywhere, except for a German market with very low quality - no Italian products! You didn’t see even 20% of what is in the photos here by booking class that shows breakfast! Omelette della mare, so salty not to be edible! You have to ask for everything at breakfast, for coffee, for butter and for bread, then you have to wait patiently. Almost every day you had to explain to you that you wanted 2 coffees - espresso and cappuccino just for me. The lady brought but these 2 coffees for 2 people. But then he asks five times for more coffee? There is 1 woman doing everything because no one else understands basic English words. A room is an imitation of everything - imitation of wood, imitation of stone, imitation of TV, imitation of a refrigerator - it is actually not cooling. Air conditioning is more like ventilation. As other guests in the next room turn on the cooling to 18 and you do not turn it on at all, you also have the same temperature as the neighbors. The walls are not soundproofed - you can hear everything. You wake up every day at 8 am, in the breakfast room - 1 when music is played you hear all even on the 1st floor and you can hear every shifted chair and the TV from the next room.

The Residenza RoMa is a really nice place to stay at! The beds are very comfortable, everything is well furnished and decorated and Anna and her colleagues are very kind and helpful. After spending a little time in Italy, we didn’t expect such a great breakfast! You get cakes, bread, little pancakes or waffles, eggs and some different kind of spread every day. It all looks homemade and tasted delicious. We also enjoyed having a balcony and were able to leave the windows open at night since it is a very quiet area (and only a few trains drive by). The room is small but clean and looks modern. We could also leave our luggage there after check out. You can walk to the beach in 10 min and to another beach, the train station and into the city centre in about 15-20 minutes. There’s a supermarket directly next to the hotel. Overall we had a very nice stay and would recommend it!

The room was nicely contemporary modern. The bathroom was wonderful with two sink basins with a glassed-in shower. A beautiful living area adjacent to the dining room where breakfast is served. Complimentary breakfast was very nice with an abundance of choices. The staff was warm, helpful, and welcoming.

Firmer pillows, Have actual hangers in the closet. Bolt down the In-Room Safe. A more comfortable chair for the desk. Include a luggage rack. Have two sets of towels for the bathroom. Offer more condiment choices with breakfast.

I was very happy with the Roma, the room & terrace were great & the staff were all friendly & very helpful, a special thanks to Anna, she was a star, especially as I dont speak italian & she helped with restaurants, tuktuks, covid tests etc ...she couldnt have been more helpful & efficient....and the breakfasts were....amazing....the chef's baking is top notch....a little walk from the town centre but there is a supermarket 2 minutes away....congratulations Roma, you're all doing a great job 👏

This is the second time I've stayed here because I loved it so much the first time. The staff are super-helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Anna is always around to answer any questions and we felt so welcomed here. The room is exceptionally clean and the breakfast is excellent. It's far enough from the centre to be quiet and peaceful, but close enough to reach it on foot in 10 mins. Close to the beach and supermarkets (there's a large supermarket in front). We really appreciated the free transfer from the train station to the hotel when we arrived, and back again at the end of our stay.

Nothing! Perhaps if someone isn't very mobile, it's not the closest to the centre and there is a steep climb up a hill from the beach but Tropea is very hilly in general and we liked the location because it is close to the beach, within walking distance of the centre and quiet enough to relax and listen to the birds singing on the patio.

Location was perfect. Huge supermarket just beside if you need any refreshments. The staff were very helpful with the clear entrance directions. Room was spacious, clean with a mini bar. Breakfast was amazing! Lots of choices to choose from,also very fresh and tasty. Thank you very much!

The only thing my back didn't like that's two single beds were pushed together and I was finding myself in between during the night :-)
