WiFi is too slow, especially in the evening. The bandwidth and speed do not support any video streaming or video call!

Location,easy access to shopping mall and eateries. Buses and MRT nearby

One of the Aircondition units had a leak. After men worked on it the leak still there after 2 days.

Responsive and friendly staff, excellent location (5 min walk to MRT), huge swimming pool and two spa pools, 3 bedroom was very spacious. Great beds and kitchen facilities were very good.

The staff are experienced and friendly. They really helped with the process while I was making the booking. Facilities are great. Location is great.

I wish they recognise returns stayers better. We have been regulars at Great World for the past 5 odd years.

Tumble dryer was useless, was not enough furniture for a family of five, the pillows were rubbish, the fact that we had to walk to the car park instead of using the lifts.

Large spacious rooms, we’ll maintained. Facilities are great especially the play room for kids. Staff very helpful.

Great views. Super convenient being adjacent to Great world city with its excellent food court, supermarket, Japanese supermarket, and excellent shops. Many thoughtful touches in the apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Starter portions of laundry detergent and a new bottle of dishwashing liquid. A very spacious store room for our luggage, which also housed the ironing board, broom and dustpan. Overall service was obliging and efficient. We were very happy!

Minor thing: the peeler in the kitchen is poor quality.
