The location is a bit far from ooty and price is high for quality of rooms and services. Only thing worthwhile was the view which was really good but food wasn't good.

We tried breakfast and dinner for the first day, and never went back. We preferred taking meals outside even when we had paid for them at hotel. Also, we had a look at villas and there was strong foul smell, so won't recommend villas. I would recommend them to work on their rooms and food a bit along with some activities as expected by resorts that lacked considerably.

Location of the property is one of the best. The property is well maintained and clean and comfortable.

Restaurant is understaffed, only 2 people are managing everything from cleaning table, taking orders and serving them. At the breakfast, there was so much crowd that they were unable to handle them but still they were calm and trying their best. But due to this issue, most of the guests had to wait for long time, few also missed the half of the breakfast. They need to maintain their activity room, adding new TT rackets, balls, removing the garbage etc. Also if possible please add more items in your breakfast, it should be value for money.

1. Location is really good but it is 14 Km far from Ooty main town and transportation to and from the resort costs a minimum of Rs 800/-. Tourist places are nearby & easy to reach. Taxi charges are high in Ooty. 2. Heater provided was not sufficient to keep an optimal room temperature. 3. Behaviour of staff was good. 4. Breakfast was not that good, it was ok.

The location was excellent. The resort staff and taxi drivers were very friendly and helpful.

The food was average and breakfast options were limited. Also the cost of the room was a bit pricey.

Variety of food is very limited, specially for Northern peoples.

Location was awesome..great view from resort..but no or little view from rooms...
