We had a great stay in Boston. We were in Boston for a convention. Very convenient to everything. This apartment was perfect us. It was very clean and Alphonse is very nice and helpful. We encountered a few people from the neighborhood that were so happy to help us decide where to walk and eat. We made some awesome dinner choices within walking distance. As one friendly neighborhood person told us on the first day “you stumbled on to the perfect neighborhood”. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I stayed here for a conference that was taking place at the Hynes Convention Center. This rental is a short (15-20 min), safe, enjoyable walk through the lovely South End. I would recommend this for anyone looking to visit Boston. the hosts were incredibly lovely, the spot was quaint and private, and I would stay here again and again! Many conveniences like the kitchen, great location, safe access. I also appreciated how clean and well-maintained the property was. Thank you for a great stay!

We were in Boston for four days for baseball and sightseeing and this space was perfect. Just enough room for two, with the ability to cook if we wanted to. The location is good - not really central, but we were able to get everywhere we wanted by walking, public transport and the occasional Lyft. The neighborhood is really lovely, with some great restaurants and grocery close enough. And when you’re ready to chill and take it easy, the space and garden are amazing! Really beautiful and peaceful .

My first time staying in Boston for more than 24 hours. Our apartment was perfect. The location is hard to beat and the shared garden in the back was a beautiful respite after a day of touring the city. It's definitely our go-to when we come back. We felt the privacy we wanted and the manager was appropriately communicative. Thanks Alphonse!

It is a fantastic place and has everything we need in this studio. The host was very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay. It was quite hot for a few days but the window A/C was really handy to cool down our room.

For the last 2 years we stayed here during the Boston Calling Music Festival. The location is close to the Orange Line, so we had no issues getting around the city.
I can’t say enough about the garden in the back yard. It was so nice to sit outside with our morning coffee as we listened the birds. The gardens were well maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere for our stay at any time of the day.
Alphonse has been a welcoming host on both of our trips. He provided us with a detailed list of surrounding stores and restaurants which was nice as we did not rent a car. He was very responsive to any questions we had, and has provided a nice cozy stay for me and my wife on both of our trips.

We had a great time staying at Alphonse’s apartment! Alphonse is super kind and accommodating, met us at check-in - and was helpful with ideas for first time visitors. We enjoyed using this as a home base and explored so much of the surrounding areas. There is also a car rental place very close by!! We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!!

Everything was great from the directions for getting the keys and getting to the apartment to the outside patio, information about places in the neighborhood and the apartment itself. It's away from the street so we didn't hear any noises from the neighborhood while sleeping, unlike at hotels. We would definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity. Only distraction was the window ac unit, but still worth 5 stars.

Very cute studio with a tranquil patio garden outside. This place had everything without feeling cramped. We walked to Newbury St./Prudential Center, Chinatown, Boston Common/Boston Garden, and Northeastern University (where my daughter will be attending). Alphonse is a great host and genuinely cares about his guests. Really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you, Alphonse!

A Wonderful Summer Week in Back Bay
My wife and I just spent an exciting week in Back Bay. We loved the neighborhood and the street. It is close to two subway lines. We did everything that Boston has to offer without the need for a car. We try to avoid studios, but this did not feel like one at all. There is nice separation between the bedroom and the kitchen and the patio is like another room. It would be difficult to describe how wonderful it was to have a private park outside your door. It is beautiful, relaxing, and secure. Marie was professional and having the owner Alphonse near was awesome. I highly recommend this space over a hotel room.

Great experience
My spouse and I were in town for baseball and exploring Boston. The apartment location was fantastic. Very central, my spouse and I walked everywhere (over 35 miles in 3.5 days). The neighborhood was lovely, walkable, and safe. The apartment was just like pictured. Very clean and quiet. It includes an outdoor space that is semi-private, lovely and peaceful. Our flight arrived a couple hours before check in. I reached out and Alphonse was very accommodating offering to store our bags for a few hours, which turned out not to be necessary because the apartment cleaners were gone when we arrived, and he allowed us to check in early. He responded quickly to a request for some additional supplies. He also gave us a couple of suggestions that we took advantage of. Highly recommend for a couple (or single traveler). Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Spot
We couldn't have found a more perfect spot for our three nights in Boston. It was close enough to walk to downtown (albeit a long walk) and the T was just a few blocks away. It was surprisingly close to my niece's apartment - which was just a fortunate bonus! The location was a bit of an oasis, providing a private, serene setting in a gorgeous garden that has no rival. Also, plenty of restaurants close by with delicious food.
The hosts were very friendly and very accommodating with great communication. The space was clean, very well stocked, and larger than I expected. Really comfy bed. All in all, one of the best vacation rentals we've ever enjoyed.

Boston Calling
We stayed for three days while attending the music festival. Our host was friendly and was able to give us a quick list of shops and restaurants. The space was clean and adequate. The community garden was unexpected bonus. We were able to take a nice break and enjoy the quiet. We hope to return soon.

Amazing getaway property!
My husband and I stayed for five nights in this charming flat and it was perfect in every way! Wonderful neighborhood that was filled with great restaurants and we were walking distance to what we wanted to see in the city! Alphonse was a great host - responsive and helpful. The flat was clean a had everything we needed. The patio and secret garden was magical! We will definitely stay here again!

Boston Oasis
If you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay in the South End look no further. This listing includes a tidy ground floor studio (with EVERYTHING you might need) and a nice, shaded patio overlooking a stunning community garden. We really enjoyed our stay and the hosts were very helpful and kind. 10/10 would stay again.

Cute place to stay, three blocks to the subway station that will take you anywhere you need to go to visit the city. There is a list in the apartment of places to buy groceries. Do not buy at the one that's 3 blocks away. It's incredibly expensive and limited variety. Walk 1 more block the opposite way to Star super store and better prices. The apartment is comfortable. Excellent bed and pillows. Everything you need for a weeks stay. We found restaurants in the city a bit pricey so we cooked our dinners and ate out on the patio in the garden and it was amazing. Watch sitting near the trees tho there were some mosquitoes. This was clearly one of our favorite VBRO places we have stayed in and we use it everywhere as we refuse to stay in hotels. Great job on the place guys! It's beautiful comfortable and we can't wait to come back to Boston!!

Fantastic Apartment
My wife and I just stayed here for three nights. The communication with the owner, Alphonse was smooth and we were even able to check in a couple hours early as we were driving from Vermont and had to drop off our rental car. The apartment was very clean and the garden in the center of the buildings was so quiet and cute. The apartment was very quiet and we heard nothing during our stay. The location is very safe and we walked extensively all over the downtown area from the apartment. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay and would recommend this apartment without hesitation. We have stayed any many rentals all over the world and the US and this was definitely up there as one of the best!

This apartment was perfect for my husband and I.
My husband and I spent a long weekend in Boston and stayed in this very cute studio apartment. It was perfect for us. It was clean, the queen bed was comfortable. The location was very convenient. It was 10 minutes from the T metro and on a quiet street. Alphonso had left suggestions for nearby restaurants for us which was helpful. We appreciated he was quick to respond to my questions prior to our trip. There was a minor glitch trying to enter through the gate the night we arrived. We arrived very late at night due to a flight delay and the gate we entered was a little stuck and it took about five tries with the key before we figured out how to open it. That was a minor inconvenience and afterward all was fine. We would definitely stay there again on our next trip.

Perfect for two!
Super cute studio in a great location. We enjoyed the patio and walking the private community grounds. The owner was very friendly and had great communication. We really appreciated being able to drop our luggage off early so our hands were free to explore the area prior to having access to the studio.
