Beautiful old farmhouse with lovely gardens ideal to sit in and take in the sunshine, with a glass of wine.. The hosts were very welcoming and a good source of local knowledge, , the atmosphere was very homely and inviting. The rooms are big and spacious and very clean.

The only negative would be that the downstairs bedroom which was lovely didn't have an en suite and the bathroom was across the living room/hallway.

Fantastic quality cooked breakfast and selection of jams to go on the toast. Large room and bathroom. Lovely peaceful rural location with ample car parking onsite. We received great local advice from our hosts, on places to visit based on what we wanted to do. On top of this we got treated to hearing the piano being played wonderfully. This made our 4 night break at Grange Farm nice and relaxing and we had a brilliant time.

The property, as befitting its age, was rustic yet well maintained. It felt homely and had acceptable facilities. Guest rooms were of reasonable size and our bed was very comfortable. The decor was quirky rather than uniform, but we regarded this as a positive. There was something slightly eccentric and idiosyncratic about the property that made it very attractive. The house and its furnishing had evolved and there was evidence of genuine creativity.

I didn't realise it was someone's home too and the bedrooms weren't ensuite which wasn't reflected in the price, neither issues made it a disaster as the hosts were very nice and it worked out ok.

The way the women spoke to me on the phone was horrendous and very rude

We had a fantastic stay at Grange Farm with Tibouche and Phillip. We hired out the whole space for a girls weekend and it was the perfect place to relax, catch up and celebrate. Tibouche made some excellent food for us and were both so welcoming, with tips for the local area too. A fabulous weekend, thank you both!

Not a complaint as we were prewarned, but one of the showers got cold very quickly. There was however an electric shower with constant heat to use instead.

The cooked breakfast was freshly made with tasty mushrooms.

I did not know prior to visiting that there was no way to lock the room doors. No keys available for the rooms. This for me was a great cause for concern as I was not comfortable with this. I had a sleepless night as i was very conscious because of an unlocked door. This needs to be stated so visitors are aware when making their booking rather than wait until you get to the property to be made aware of this.

The property was large and spacious, and Phillip was most welcoming! The location was great for us as we were just looking for somewhere to spend the night before a week at Center Parcs. The breakfast was excellent too!

Whilst the rooms being large was nice, it also meant they were slightly chilly. There was a heater available, which we did use, but didn’t want to leave on all night so the morning was slightly chilly but honestly this wasn’t really an issue.

Excellent breakfast, mostly handmade and wonderful service by the staff Susan. A warm welcome and lovely stay there. Familiar atmosphere. Thanks a lot!
