Really great room, bed was very comfortable, and was extremely quiet! Loved the ability to grab a quick lunch when we got there as well from the deli/carvery. Would definitely book here again on the next trip.

The rooms were freshly renovated, clean, comfortable and quiet in a great downtown location.

The only issue was two flights of stairs to carry up several suitcases.

Great location, 3 single beds in a great sized room, there was even ear plugs provided, didn't need them. Friendly staff, great breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

The location is excellent. The staff are very friendly and cheerful. The bar and dining areas are reasonably attractive. The shower in the bathroom is good.

The fact that you have to fully exit the building from the accommodation area to enter the reception and bar. The lack of proper hanging facilities for clothes in the bathroom. Hot water takes an age to get to the wash hand basin. No heater in the bathroom. General circulation in the bedroom corridors and stairs is poor. The carpet finish on the stairs is visually confusing and doesn't highlight the top and bottom treads.

Friendliness of the staff towards us and looked after us during our Stay there for a recent wedding in Clonmel. Very tasty carvery lunch then afterwards the next morning after checkout.

Very spacious room, comfy bed. generous size shower. staff were very friendly and accommodating. great location.

very minor things, the guide book in the room was sticky and dirty. The toilet brush was broken. Apart from that we would happily stay here again.
