Wonderful friendly staff. Short walking distance to pubs and restersaunts. Lovely swimming pool. Comfortable clean rooms. Bar open till 3am. How bad?? Excellent stay 😊

some parts displayed areas of tiredness but it also showed signs of update and correction

Facilities good. Loved being able to cast my phone to the TV in bedroom. Good, generous food in bar / restaurant

No lift but its only got 2 floors so may only be an issue for some guests

Breakfast was exceptional , and all the staff we dealt with were extremely helpful and lovely to deal with.

Breakfast was ok and location was a bit far from town centre

Bar was empty and had no staff in it when we were looking for drinks at 9.30 pm

The gym and the swimming pool were very good, room was very comfortable and the food was very good.

We were hoping to have some cocktails put the pub/restaurant did not cater for that which was a bit disappointing but nothing serious as it was something we would have liked.

just found the room quite cold on arrival and during the night is was not a major flaw but it was a cold wet night and the bit of heat would have been nice tea and coffee making facility in the room would have been nice

Beautiful hotel right near the centre of Dungarvan. We received an extremely warm welcome and the staff were extremely kind and helpful, food was gorgeous, i would definitely recommend this hotel A+

booked two rooms - one double room and one family room. the double room was perfect and with stunning high ceilings and two stories of windows. the family room unfortunately smelled of cat pee, had dry leafs inside, hair in the bathtub. we did complain but we’re not compensated or moved.

access to bedroom corridors need to be addressed - non residents walking about

Room and breakfast were both excellent during my 8 night stay. Loved the view from my double room, especially when the sun is shining. One call for reception who called everyone to give advance notice that the water was getting turned off for an hour or so.
