The location is nearby the beach and many restaurants. The room is quite big, and the staff are friendly.

The cleanliness needs to be improved, especially for the bathroom and the closet.

loved everything! location is directly across from beach access lane; dozens of great eateries and salons close by; atms, pharmacies and groceries all around here - perfect location even with my mobility issues. stayed ground floor and it was faultless!!

The room smelled a bit musty and mouldy when we arrived.

we had a room next to the pool, ground floor. So just walked 15 steps and jumped in the water. Free breakfast was tasty Staff were so nice. Very quiet. You wouldn't guess you were less than 20 metres from the main road.

Sink was cold water only but that was a minor inconvenience.

Staff was available 24/7. Bathroom facilities were basic, but clean. Air conditioning was available and crucial. Beds were excellent. Pool was better than expected with enough shade and sun to keep both solar-shy and suntan gluttonous partners happy. Walks to mart and beach are super-short.

Showers are waiting for an upgrade, but are still clean and water pressure excellent.

The place looks magical. Lush vegetation, with a decent sized pool, makes for a very cool and comforting stay.

For the price this is a great place to stay. Walking distance to restaurants and beach. Bed was excellent and good air-conditioning. The balcony was nice to have and the pool area very nice.

It is what it is. There are a few things a bit rough around the edges but it would be churlish to.mention it as it would distract from the overall excellent experience

Walking distance to the beach, pool was maintained and nice, providing you with a beach towel when you get there. Bed was comfortable, pillows were a bit lumpy but soft and adequate. Many well placed electric outlets.

I was mildly interested to watch a bit of tv since all other hotels I stayed in didn’t have one, but it only had 14 channels, many with poor reception or audio. It’s not really the hotels fault Bali doesn’t have tv, but it was a little disappointing, probably better most hotels leave a TV out. I wish the curtains could block the light from outside of the room. Also they forgot to empty the trash cans from the previous guest, there were used pads in the bathroom trash can, yuck.

I Paid with a local Debit Card. In 2 years in Indonesia never had to pay a surcharge of 3 Percent and used only this card very often. But they asked for 3 Percent. Receptionist told, that management ordered it.

The grounds and pool are beautiful. Fantastic location just off the main street but very quiet. 5 minute walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean and adequate.

The beds are a bit on the firm side for me.

The staffs were friendly, helpful, and informative about the available services nearby. The location was very close to convenience stores and restaurants with various menus, so doing a culinary travel should be easy while staying there. The warm water in the bathroom worked nicely and could be easily adjustable. There were several areas for chillin (i.e. by the pool; plus the small library near the receptionist was cute too) Coffee, tea, some water, and electric kettle were available for free in the room. The refrigerator was convenient too; and they also provided two big umbrellas inside the room.

The bathroom was a bit inconvenient as it didn't have a clothes hanger that is outside the area of possible water splash. Adding toothpaste, toothbrush, and shower caps in the bathroom should be nice too. No chair inside the room, and the size of the chairs in the balcony didn't really fit the table inside the room, so it might not be the best option you're travelling for work.
