The villa was clean and maintained daily. Breakfast was served in the room and it was substantial.

The villa was absolutely beautiful, very clean and set up beautifully with flowers everywhere. Staff were super friendly and helpful, great having the bikes available as well. Would absolutely stay here again

What a gorgeous property with individual villas decorated in a stunning mix of Japanese and Balinese styles that made for a true vacation from my vacation as I had a long day and a half layover between flights. I stayed in the Kecak villa in the back which was completely quiet except for a few lovely birds, a welcome respite from the main tourist road through Sanur. The main living area was open air with a large welcoming plunge pool and private cabana for cooling off before the arrival of afternoon tea. I enjoyed one dinner and daily breakfast delivered in this stunning setting, a true escape, feeling as if I had stepped into a different world before flying back home. The bedroom was huge with plenty of seating, storage galore, a separate outdoor garden and seating area & a wonderful indoor outdoor bath area, so artistically decorated and supplied with everything you can think of. Did I mention the kitchen, fridge, water tank, and the possibility this could be a 2 bedroom villa? A perfect stay.

The service is exceptional! The staff were happy to help with any of our issues whether it be borrowing adaptors or taking the shuttle to the beach. The stay also comes with complimentary afternoon tea and a turn-down service of chamomile cookies and honey tea!
The heater in the showers didn't work for us most nights. Also, the service of the restaurant can stand to be a little faster. Still, I would love to stay at this villa again.

Staff were excellent- friendly, helpful, professional. Always ready to help out and go out of their way to help us with our kids.
Villa was lovely and spacious beds were comfy, private pool was great. Nice quiet location but easy to walk to shops, restaurants etc. Also loves the free bike rentals and shuttle service. Also loved the pancakes for afternoon tea included in the room price.wpuld stay here again.
Villa could use some surface level maintenance (new coat of paint, updated decor etc) but considering the impact of COVID , that is totally understandable
Breakfast was included and served in room which was lovely, but I would avoid the western options (except the pancakes which were delish)- go for rice or noodles

We love Nike Villas. Amazing and welcoming staff and the room is always perfect. Breakfast was delicious the french toast was my favourite. All the staff where so friendly and patient with our kids. See you next stay!

We arrived in the evening, and were asked to choose the breakfast for the following day, because "it had to be prepared one day in advance". Indeed it did not feel fresh when it was brought to us in the morning.

Fantastic stay. Loved the private pool villa. The pool was not heated but not too cold! There are steps at one end for easy access and an outside daybed and sun lounges. Large comfortable bed and huge bathroom with stone bath, separate shower. Choice of breakfast served in the villa, American or Indonesian. Staff are all lovely. They organised a driver at a reasonable price for an overnight visit to Taro (Elephant Lodge) and minded our luggage while we were gone. Close walking distance to shops, Starbucks, restaurants and the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff welcome was very pleasant. Staff were knowledgeable, helpful and very approachable. Villa breakfast also good value for money. We mostly had the American breakfast, and had lunch and diner in the outside restaurants, of which you have numerous to choose from. The car shuttle service makes it even easier to get around. The afternoon tea and chamomile tea and cookies at night is a pleasant addition to our stay. We stayed on 2 separate occasions and in two different villas - 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom. The one bedroom is definitely not good value for money and needs a lot of updating. The 2 bedroom was a bit better but could also do with a bit of a make over, especially the bathroom. I had to request that the mosquitoe nets in both villas be changed as they were very dusty to the point that I could smell the dust.
Some areas in the villa were a bit dated and cleaning could be a bit more thorough. We were in a one bedroom villa with private pool and feel the pool could do with a bit of a clean also. The kitchen needs some more utensils and boy oh boy the mosquitoes were permanent residents. That said, staff were always willing and on hand to put some mosquito coils around the pool and living areas which had most of these little critters. BUT I SHOULD STRESS again that the cleaning of the villas needs to be a bit more thorough especially in between occupation.

The villa was big and had a beautiful balcony that overlooked the pool area.
The bed was comfortable and bedroom was very spacious.
We were offered afternoon tea and turn down service daily that included tea and cookies/pancakes.
We had a few problems in our villa and the reception wash helpful and worked hard to address and fix them.
Would definitely stay here again!
The pool area could use come updating but other than that- everything was great!

Everything! it was large and spacious, had absolutely everything needed plus lots of little extras. The staff were amazing and so helpful and friendly. Breakfast every day was delicious. The location is nice and quiet but only a short walk to a road with every type of food imaginable. We got dinner one night from their restaurant delivered to our Villa and it was cheap and delicious.

The attention to detail and hospitality here is excellent.
The location, Villa and staff are all wonderful.
The on-demand shuttle and feee airport transfers make this so convenient.
So many little thoughtful touches make this place very special.
Sanur is also looking great. It was getting a bit shabby a few years back but now is back to its best with lots of great restaurants and the beach sparkling clean.
The only thing I could say is the decor in the lounge area is a tad dated and weird. but that’s a small thing compared to all the positives.

The villa is only 2 minutes walk from the Main Street, but in a super quiet area. The villa has everything you need for a perfect stay. Staff are amazing and nothing is too hard for them to sort for you. 100 percent recommend 👍
