The decor was very nice, breakfast was great and the family room was well set out.

Unfortunately, we got very badly bitten by bed bugs! This was a very unwelcome ending to our holiday and surprising considering the hotel is not on the lower end of the price scale. This was made known to hotel staff but no idea if any action was taken. We also found that the hotel staff didn't go out of their way to be helpful. We were told we couldn't order lunch today as they had a group booking. Can't eat or drink by the pool etc. All in all, we wouldn't stay here again. We have stayed at much cheaper hotels in Sanur that were better value and cleaner!

Clean and comfortable. Kids loved the gorgeous pool. Nice location. Generous breakfast included.

We booked for 5, but 3 in the extra large double was still a little squeeze. Next time I would ask for an extra bed.

Everything is perfect staff are amazing this is my 6 th stay here and I don’t think anything could be improved

Good size room with the pool at the door. There was a great variety of food choices for breakfast

The bed. These are a personal choice though. For me, the pillows and matteress was a little too hard. Also, the ratten shutters needed fixing so they could close properly. I would prefer to be closer to the beach also.
