Wifi and location are good. Staff was helpful; my flight was delayed and they had left the key in my roomdoor and sent me advice how to find it. They have mosquito nets.

Room was quite worndown. I hadn’t yet been in other Georgetown hotels so this was minus.

Dirty (cockroaches), noisy (karaoke and dogs barking non stop in the house beside the guesthouse), sink stuck, mosquitoes in the room, no net, Very expensive for the quality and service provided.

Julian is an amazing host, very helpful and flexible. He helped me a lot with making the arrangements. The room was small but cozy, not far from the downtown, in a calm and safe area.

I liked that i tried a local business too bad the accommodations were bad.

Booking.com should not allow substandard accommodations on their website. The rooms were dirty, there was no ac as advertised, there was no water our last night and the building was unsafe due to all the water damage. There are structural cracks throughout building. Having a nice owner does not make up for inconveniences. All the problems i mentioned have been ongoing for at least 2 years look back through the reviews. Also i met another guest who was a friend of owner. The owner invites friends to stay at lower rates to get good reviews many of them are guyanese expats who live in other countries like the US. He also hosts his friends for weekend karaoke that ends at midnight and is loud in all rooms. If you have early flight you will not get proper sleep.

Julian's guesthouse represented a good value in Georgetown. The price was good. Jillian was very honest and friendly. The guest house was well located close to a main road but not noisy.

The room was very basic. Just a fan and a bed. The bed was not very comfortable. There was no hot water.
