At check out charges were paid in full, 3 days after check out, an additional £1800 was charged without my knowledge even though we were on the other side of the world in a different country. The hotel has refused to respond after several attempts to contact. Booking.com have done nothing but ignore the issue and go around in circles contradicting themselves at every point. A fraud case has now been opened with the Bank. AVOID this hotel. It has already taken 8 weeks to get this far.

Excelent Breakfast, lunch and dinner, confortable room. great shower, good internet, great view to the beach

Everything was pretty much Marriott quality. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Location was great. Property overall was very good.
Room condition was acceptable but not exceptional. Towel racks were not secure, drawer guides were broken. Chair could be upgraded. Room cleaning/servicing was barely par.

the overall feel,cleanliness,aesthetic and beauty of the property is just perfect
the staffs were friendly and polite but I believe they should provide a bit more information for first time guest especially as it regards to use of elevators

checked in using booking, had to go for an upgrade because the room was not available. over 10 people checking in one receptionist, went to another receptionist who said she was closed after checking in flight attendants.
