A friendly family type establishment with the basics; near to most business locations, quiet and clean, good wifi, secure.

Nothing comes to mind as I am flexible.

My stay at the Durban hotel did not feel like I was at a hotel. It felt like home, the entire Hotel was very quiet, even though it had staff moving around & I got the best sleep of my life. I liked the timed a/c , it blew on & off, so the room wasn't too cold. I also liked the staff very much. They were very helpful and Mr Adams the owner was a great host. I would definitely recommend this place.

The one thing I wasn't too happy about, was the fact that I wanted to soak in the tub & it wouldn't stop up. The water kept running, even though I tried the lever. But over all I'd give my stay. 9.5 out of 10

The staff on the whole were great, so helpful and whatever we needed as a family was taken care of as best they could.

The breakfast, from the length of time it’s on (08:00-10:00) to the quality on offer, not a happy experience for any of the three times. It says ‘breakfast included’ on the booking but that is their most basic of options. I recommend you eat out. It’s really a place for the solo traveller who isn’t looking for much, definitely not for young families, though as I said…they were friendly to my child but the hotel is not built for children at all. And no cot available…bar/games room closed (it’s listed they have them)

An electronic gate opening mechanism is needed. Currently staff have to physically leave the desk and open and close the gate everytime a guest comes in or leaves.

All. I found a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor. There is nothing to do on the neighbor area, far from city center, bad internet connection, common areas are dirty...

Brakefast was ok toast and tea, the only thing I like was the lady in the kitchen and the older gentleman at night. The young girl that works there has attitude.

Photos of the rooms posted online are not what You actually getting. Rooms are outdated those photos must be from when they were first open. The area hotel is located is very unsafe my family was worried and warned me to be careful. Tv remote had no battery even though I complained nothing was done, internet code did not work so I could not access Wi-Fi while I was there. This place needs a face lift.

I found staff and management friendly make you feel like you are at home. The place is nice and clean

Found the room to be small but it was ok and the internet was given problem. The manager explain to us the personal from Gtt suppose to visit and sort it out but no one came but the place is nice and cleans

The hotel was comfortable and clean. The entire staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay great. The hotel provided a taxi to pick us up from the airport and was easily able to get where we needed to go during our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel and would return on my next stay to Georgetown.

The staff are very helpful and very nice, made the stay very pleasant. Wifi worked good, the room was a good size and very clean. unfortunately i did not get to try the breakfast. overall i was very happy with my stay.

i would like if there was more water pressure in the shower. the temp was fine.

Mattress was very hard it was like sleeping on the floor. Pillows were hard and bulky. Bath tub was very unsafe. Poor breakfast.
