My second stay and I am satisfied. The AC worked, room was a good size but the stairs to the third floor were tough. Breakfast was nice and local. It was close to the place i need to get to and places I like snacking so I am happy. Thank you for the pleasant faces and smiles.

i am sure management will continue to provide a good service and improve as they get more feedback.

Size of room. Free breakfast.

Noisy upstairs guests. Breakfast was good but they were controlling portions you take in the buffet. Breakfast started late 8am when it was suppose start at 7:00am.

Location, decoration.

Worst hotel service I have ever experienced. I asked the hotel if they could provide a place with a Wi-Fi connection to work, understandably with a computer, until I could do the check in. They said yes, but then only offered a place in the open that of course was hot, dirty and loud. The TV in my room didn´t work, it took the staff 5 hours and 3 reminders to come fix it. Soon after it stopped working again. They switched me to a smaller room, though the price didn´t change. The first day they said the came to clean the room, but the only thing they did was bringing a toilet paper, no cleaning, no changing towels… The buffet breaksfast is rationed and the portions too small. Better not to ask if you can have more if you want to start the day on the right foot.  I asked if they could switch on the AC in the breakfast area and the response was that I could go to my room.

The landings on the 1st and 2nd floors.Conveniently located. Staff friendly.

The rooms were poorly maintained. Found cockroaches,water only luke warm having requested hot each day. Sheets and towels only changed if you asked even when left on the floor. safe deposit box not working and the replacement was a portable one! Tripped on curled up carpet cutting my head and knee.Sink came away Tom the wall and glasses. not washed.

N.ice breakfast and I liked the veranda for just watching traffic and life

I thought the ladies at the reception desk could have been a little cheerier. Also, we were falsely accused of bouncing on the floor of our room neither of us have that kind of energy. The call could have been phrased better. Rather than tell us the room below us complained because we were bouncing on the floor. They could have asked us if we knew where a noise was coming from.

It was a good value for the price. The inside of the building had a lot of character. It was also great to have a hot shower in an air conditioned room. It was one of the few hotels that I’ve stayed at in Guyana that offer hot showers.

Breakfast arrangements: warm dishes available ca 45-60 minutes later than breakfast officially started (informed 7:40). Last morning only cool coffee available when had to leave earlier; e.g. some pieces of bread in addtition to cool coffee could have been served…

good location, close to the city. nice breakfast free parking on the property terrain, with security 24/7. staff were real friendly and kind.

The Atmosphere , staff and receptionist were excellent, would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Actually I did brought in a few guest , after I had booked my room. Everyone love the location , and the cleanliness and also the staff. Breakfast was superb. Thank you so much .

The breakfast was outstanding. I recommend that you provide Decaffeinated coffee and tea as well as Half and Half milk.

Despite the fact that we didn’t request cleaning of the rooms daily, the dust accumulated on the shelves and it was also visible on the tops of the refrigerator and microwave.
