Nice clean flat that’s very convenient for getting to central Muesnster (we had bikes). The owner was very helpful. Note it’s on the 5th floor without a lift (fine for us, but maybe not for everyone).
Minor detail: not enough cutlery for 4 people.

excellent location- town center as well as popular harbour area easily reached by walking... yet pretty quiet
(not a problem with us: 4th floor without lift requires you to be fit;)
- the Wifi connection was weak, especially in living room
- bed linen and towels did not have a fresh smell... pillow not very comfortable
