Large room; clean.

The queen bed was just two twins stuck together.

Convenient location. Comfortable, quiet room.

Location is strategyc. Near public transportation. Near mall, near resto.. perfect..

Excellent position for tourism and work travels (short stay). Very nice breakfast. Large room, always cleaned.

Breakfast nice but very expensive

The room is really clean and the staff are friendly. The location is convenient and nearby the train station.

The room faces the main street. Even when the windows are closed, you still hear loud noise/music from drunk/party people all night (until 5 am).

Very friendly staff. Bakery just opposite the building for everyone who needs a cup of coffee prior to 7:30 am. Close to the main station without being directly at the tracks.

Very noisy during the night, poor isolation of the windows. For "party people" probably not an issue for work travel rather not suitable. Rather late breakfast times (7:30am onwards). Blinds could only be closed on one window.

The location was very convenient. Walking distance from the train station and close to the city center. However those are the only positives.

For the price charged, the service was lacking. Despite asking to change booking within a timeframe, it was blocked in the hotel, hence I had to rebook. Nobody answers the phone and when they do, they seem to be overwhelmed. The rooms and amenities are very dated. No A/C unit and one can't open the windows as the street below is busy at night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very clean and good value for money

Location is Excellent! We were on the 6th floor and the view was spectacular! The amount of windows great!!! The fact that all rooms were “no smoking” and “NO PETS” was great! Due to allergies and problems with insect bites. However, the shower will not drain the water well and the noise of homeless or people yelling outside can’t let you sleep. Too loud!!!… really, it is not the fault of the Hotel, But they should call the police, or complaint to the City Mayor, etc etc… It is very unfair to businesses that loud noise.

Again… the noise, the yelling of young people, homeless, 3 and 4 am!!! Again, I think the Hotel should complain to the City and authority, they should control these people, they are hurting businesses. The fact that there was no bidet, the fact that the shower will not drain the water properly. The fact that there was no elevator to the 6th floor. Only to the 5th, then you have to use the stairs.

Quite run down for the amount you pay, and not very clean (we found a dirty sock left in the room!)

Location was excellent. Hotel was very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly.

We would have loved to have a kettle in the room.

The mattress on the bed was of poor quality being only foam and exceptionally light which meant it moved every time I did during the night and was hanging off the bed in the morning. There was only a limited amount of hot water and while showering, it ran out. I had to rinse my shampooed hair in freezing cold water and was without hot water until the boiler tank in the bathroom had reheated. I was in a double room alone - if there had been two of us there wouldn't have been enough hot water for both of us to shower. The fridge in the room hadn't been checked and there were empty wine bottles in it but the hotel were good and excepted that I hadn't drunk the wine.
