the design of this apartment was perfect, it was really nice…never stayed in a beautiful and cool place like this for a long time, it was worth my money.

the heating system works between predefined hours and we were unaware of them. after check in we left to the city and we did not turn the heathers on as we also don’t do that at home, when we came back it was freezing! after layering several clothes we managed to fall asleep. the owners were not really responsive when asked the working hours of the heating - it was clean but not extremely - for the wifi you had to give your name - toiletries was basically just some hand soap

I could not understand how it is possible to check in after 4pm and check out at 10, that is, you enter late and leave early, very convenient for the company. On the day of departure, I decided to leave at 10 according to the rule, someone has arrived, who, seeing me still there, has spoken rudely to me, insinuating that I should leave the property immediately, I think you can be polite, to request something , it is not necessary to be aggressive with clients we are all people we deserve tolerance, or perhaps the client is not the reason for being.

Though rather small, it is a clean and comfortable place in a quiet inner courtyard and short distance to the lively center! If i am i Münster again, I will use this apartment again.

Clean and super easy to locate. Exactly as stated and shown in the photos.

Wifi signal was very weak on the first day but was accessible on the following days.

The place was clean and well equipped for a week-long stay. It was easy to find, and check-in instructions were clear. I did not have any interaction with the host. There are two supermarkets nearby. The nearby area is lively with many restaurants, but the apartment itself was quiet. I'll be glad to stay there again.

The hosts could have provided better information in English about how to separate garbage for those of us who aren't from Germany. The information about accessing the wifi could have been displayed more prominently. It looked loke the free wifi was only for 7 days. I stayed for just a week, but what if I had come for longer?
