This property is amazing. It’s in such a good location near everything you will need for your trip. Arthur is amazing and easy to communicate with. Such a beautiful spot. Thanks for letting me stay again.

The penthouse was very nice with small issues. One morning the elevator did not work. Another day the jacuzzi emptied itself. Jacob was very responsive on both problems.

What a wonderful property! My husband and I were in town for a week and absolutely loved our stay! The property is absolutely wonderful. I am still in awe. Arthur went above and beyond to make sure every step was taken care of. We look forward to our next stay again very soon!

It's a real beautiful condo, starting with the full equiped kitchen to the marble bathroom and ending with the balkony with the hot tub and the balkony furniture.
Especially the balcony is great, I know some condos, but you usually don't find such furniture at the balcony.

We loved staying here. The hotel is very classy and treats you well. The host was amazing and easy to work with. The penthouse was beautiful and very comfortable. We would stay here again and again. I highly recommend staying here. You won't be able to stay at an average hotel again.

Overall, we had an amazing experience. Armen was always quick to respond and take care of everything. A few small touchups and refreshes this penthouse would be close to perfect.

Arthur is seriously the best, he goes above and beyond! He checked us in and helped get us acquainted with the property, super friendly and welcoming. Everything was very clean and in order. Best view in Vegas by far, we will definitely be back!

We stayed at Caesar’s, Paris , Cromwell and Paradise ( Vrbo) and Paradise was the best among all. Very nice views and spacious. We would happily stay here again.

Unbelievable Condo!
This place is the type of condo that a television show could be shot at. There were a few small things here and there that could be refreshed or replaced, but this place was awesome. Seriously, I felt like I should be some type of star to stay here!

Awesome Penthouse with Awesome Host
The penthouse was awesome and everything as advertised. Arthur was an excellent host and was very attentive and responsive. The only negative is the property itself, Palms Place is in an ownership transition and is really lost, by lost we mean the main driveway is blocked off so all access is by foot plus another lost item at Palms Place is customer service. The actual Palms Place personnel have little to no customer service skills and they are NOT helpful whatsoever. In closing the penthouse is awesome, the host is wonderful but do not expect any service from the Palms Place personnel as you will be on your own in this spectacular penthouse. If you want the pampered Vegas experience this is not the place for you, if you are self reliant and want solitude with an awesome view this venue has our highest recommendation.

Don’t think twice!!
Arthur and his team were amazing. The views are spectacular. The check in and check out process was extremely easy. The room was super clean. The jacuzzi was a once in a lifetime experience. We made the mistake of deactivating our key, Arthur’s team responded quickly! They had us in our room super quick. HIGHLY Recommend, do NOT think twice- book!!

Stayed here with my wife the week of our wedding in Vegas. Beautiful location away from the busy strip. Amazing view of the mountains at sunset. Took full advantage of the balcony/hot tub throughout our stay. May be a little pricey, but for a romantic getaway, it was well worth it!

The Palms Penthouse was incredible... great place to stay for a Vegas weekend.

Everything was beautiful! You really can’t even explain the view you get. It’s really breathtaking!! The only problem we had was that the hot tub on the balcony was cold :/ that sucked but the jacuzzi in the bathroom made it up for it! Thank you so much for the stay!

Our stay at Paradise
We truly enjoyed our stay at the property. We were celebrating his 53rd birthday. My husband couldn't stop commenting how perfect it was. The owner is quick to respond to all messages. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Getaway
The view from this place is well worth the price of admission. So glad we had this place with a lot of venues still closed from the pandemic. Sitting in the hot tub watching the whole city put on a fireworks show from above for four hours is indescribable. Arthur is the perfect host. Every time I was about to call or text I looked at my phone and he was a step ahead of me. He even offered to pick us up at the hotel we stayed at the previous night and take us to his place but unfortunately our bags wouldn't fit in his car. If you're trying to decide whether or not to pull the trigger on this rental I can promise you that you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend you check it out at least once while you have the chance. We will no doubt be back and thank you again Arthur for everything.

Everything was perfect. The owner met us at the property to ensure a smooth check in. We were allowed to leave our bags early and the owner even gave us a ride to our conference. The penthouse was fantastic and had everything we needed. The hot tub was nice really added to the experience.
