The owner Anna was very nice and easy to communicate with.

The room was smaller than expected, basically just a double bed. We were charged for our dog's stay (which is alright) but there was literally no place for him to sleep on the floor between the luggage and the bed. Luckily, he's small enough to fit under the bed. Also, the room doesn't look as on the pictures, it's quite old-school and cheaply made. You can hear everything in other rooms. They also vacuumed at 3pm when we were trying to take a nap. Lastly, the breakfast buffet is not replenished and most things were finished by the time we went down for breakfast.

This was the second time we stayed at Willa Klimkowka and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. Very good breakfast, nice views from the balcony, close to the city center but still a very quiet area of Zakopane.

Breakfast was available from 8am, a bit late if you want to go hiking early morning (although I’m sure it could be easily arranged to have a slighty earlier breakfast if needed).

Everything is okay. The host is very kindly. The aparmant is perfect.

Location The hotel is around 15-20 minutes to the city center for us it was not a big issue to walk there. Hotel is close to grove and we could see the deers from the bedroom, they were friendly and my girlfriend could feed them. It was really experience ! Facilities The hotel is very nice villa. Quite cute decoration, with parking place. the common area are quite spacious. The bedroom and bathroom were a bit small, but it was not an issue, just could be a bit bigger. The parking spot were full of snow in the next day, for my car it was a bit hard to leave, but owner said that they have a person that would remove the snow, but he did not show up, what in point of view it is understandable, the whole city was full of snow, for sure everybody was super busy with this. Breakfast It was really good, a nice variety of food, quality food. I think it is totally worth paying for it. Staff They were kind and helpful.

I would say the only negative point is the location it is a bit far from the city center, but besides that I would say we had only good and positive points !

We really liked the location, very quiet and still within walking distance of the center. Good sized room and very comfortable overall.

Our balcony was shared with 2 other rooms - not an issue necessarily since the other rooms were not in use, but when the villa is full you might not like people walking under your window. All other rooms seem to have their own balcony though, so don’t be too discouraged to stay here - it’s almost a perfect 10.

Cozy place, wonderful breakfast, nice view. Staff was very friendly - went beyond our expectations to make us as comfortable as possible
