Well located, near everything or only a tram journey away ( including to airport)...shopping, Northern Quarter, entertainment, food....
The rooms are fabulous, each a bit different, all with spa (Espa products) in the bathrooms, the showers are wonderful!
Books on the shelves in the rooms, differing in each room - a good selection
Robes and slippers in the wardrobe, so popping up to use the infinity pool is covered. Relaxation area, showers...
The spa is a quick exit to the left....great facility, with thermal and water area (no pool - as infinity pool 7th floor in hotel), great therapists.
Lovely afternoon tea - have had this a couple of times, preordered gluten free.
Breakfast, good quality and cooked to order.
One of my luxury treats...to return again

Was perfect location, great facilities, lovely staff. And went above and beyond to decorate the room for my boyfriend’s birthday.
I couldn’t fault the hotel / stay.

Very comfortable
The price paid did not reflect in the value for money. Had to vacate the room by 11am - as we were preparing to leave staff knocked on our door then rang the room to ensure we were leaving. Felt under pressure to get out.

Stunning, the roof top pool was the cherry on top of our stay. The friendly receptionist gave us a free upgrade. Breakfast in the morning was exceptional.
A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. A few annoying influencers in the pool, but what can you do.

bed was very comfortable.
I thought I’d be getting the room on the above picture, but it was just a standard room . it was my girlfriend birthday and just wanted to wow her . don’t feel we got that from this room.if I knew I probably would not have booked unless I was sure I was getting the room with the bath .
The staff did however leave a happy birthday message & cake for her which was very thoughtful & we both appreciated .

the property was beautiful and great location. The new gym and spa is amazing! The breakfast at the hotel was amazing.

the bath, the upstairs spa!
it cost me nearly £500 for 2 nights yet i still had to pay for mini bar features meaning all we could drink was water from the tap or tea. our blind was broken in which we spoke to reception about but nothing was done about it!

A lovely hotel in a great location. Day staff very friendly and happy to help and we had a beautiful room with great features.
Unfortunately the infinity pool was closed for the entire duration of our stay. This was obviously disappointing as it was the reason we booked this hotel, however we were kindly offered a room upgrade for the inconvenience.
