Building works opposite noisy in morning quite early and noise from the main road. But they happily moved us . Would stay again hopefully by then building work be done. Double glazed windows would help keep out noise better as they arnt double glazed

The location and complimentary parking. The staff were really nice and helpful.

The dirty bathtub 🛁 with a human hair from somebody's head. Also same hair on side near mirror of bathroom.

It was worth the money Nice and decent was close to my destination.

Staff didn't cooperate for anything at all.

the toilet wasn’t cleaned properly, room is very outdated feels like you’re in hospital environment. I requested for a fan and they said they dont have any. very bad facility overall

Good price and location, which is walking distance from the centre. I stayed here with teenage children as we were in Manchester for a concert. It was great as an overnight stopover. The rooms are basic but that was what we expected.

the room was very tired and noisy all through the night, we had someone trying our door at 3am in the morning.

11 am check out. Parking is good. Location, was a 15 minute walk to the venue we were going to.

We arrived 40 minutes early so were told to come back at 3pm, no problem at all, that was expected. We came back at 3.15pm and were told the room wasn't ready and would have to wait with no expected time given of when we would get our room. Sat for 15 minutes watching as other people got checked in even though they said they would give us the next available room. A second member of staff saw us waiting in the seating area and she apologised and booked us in for a room that was available. The room cost £148 for one night and is very overpriced. The room was in poor condition. We have stayed in budget places before that cost £45 and have looked better than this. Marks all over the walls, windows were grimy, bathroom was dark and poorly decorated. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It rolled if you put the slightest pressure on it and the mattress was so poor. We both kept rolling into the middle and it was incredibly lumpy. I know staying in Manchester is expensive but £148 (this doesn't include breakfast) for this was really disappointing. Would rather pay an overpriced taxi to go home than stay here again

Location, parking, breakfast was very well prepared and fresh. Decent coffee too

beds were uncomfortable (too soft) and room was too hot to the point it woke me. Apart from breakfast no food on site. You would need to walk across to McDonalds or KFC for a bite to eat.

shocking… pubes and blood stains all over the bedding. bathroom filled with black mould and body fat stains on the shower walls, horrific! I didn’t stay longer than 1 hour and opted to stay elsewhere. The receptionist gave me contact details for the manager, who after several emails has still failed to contact me. Never again!

Two clean, quiet rooms in a hotel in a good location, as well as great friendly staff.

One of our beds was incredibly lumpy and uncomfortable, the other one not much better. I can only conclude they are very cheap, worn out mattresses. In addition I had specifically booked two numbered adjoining rooms prior to arriving, but one had been taken by someone else on arrival, so we ended up in rooms that were close to each other.

A clean place at a great location for a good price. You come in and out without being bothered by anyone

Walls are thin, so this would be problematic if the neighboring visitors are noisy. But I was happy when I noted this to the receptionist, and she encouraged me to phone them at night if this happens again, luckily it did not.

What was there nice to say about this hotl ( can’t even speak hotel it look dirty the bathroom had disgusting tiles the bath is the size for a kid my partner is 5”2 and she was struggling with it. They were hairs in the bath when we got , the bottom of the bath looked flithy there was hairs all over the panel were the sink and toilet was . The bed sheets were mucky and ripped the breakfast was absolutely disgusting, the bacon was raw and the sausages were undercooked as well the harsh brown was hard. We ordered 2 ports and it had bits in it ,there wasn’t much choice of drinks I want my money back,

What is there to like it’s not a 3.5 it’s more like a 1 star the staff were rude and ignorant at breakfast time . It needs a good clean or shutting down !,
