Everything was very clean, cosy and lovely. The rooms were large with a nice style. The garden was huge with a nice barbecue and an easy access to the sea. Wifi, electricity, running water, everything works perfectly. I fully recommend it.
Long unsealed road to get there but it didn't stop us to get there safely.

The location is absolutely beautiful, right in front of the sea, with a beautiful view over the Archipelago. Facilities are excellent, including A/C unit, own fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine. Enough space for 6 persons family. The property has a boat, which you can use for rowing to nearby islands or fishing.
The mokki is part of a larger property on a farm and you can buy from the 24/7 shop fresh vegetables. Try their tomatoes, they're something else! Berries are everywhere in the nearby forest. Outdoor games for the entire family are also available. Nearest restaurant is at 5 km (Nixor) and supermarkets can be found in Permio (31 km) or Kermio (39 km), roughly 35 minutes drive away.
As we arrived, we wanted to prolong our stay, but the mokki is fully booked for the entire summer (no surprise why!). So, if you are lucky enough to find free spots, do not hesitate.

Peaceful. Good possibilities to recycle.
A bit hard to find the compostor and the mixed waste container (at the nearby crossroads). Maybe because we did check in contactless and didn't get face to face info.

The house is pretty nice and clean. Beach is absolutely perfect (not that it was any use in winter). Fireplace is functional and well-maintained. Kitchen was decently equipped. Location is private and very quiet. Remarkable fire safety setup is appreciated.
The internal sliding doors do not really isolate any noise - so there is no sound barrier between living room and bedrooms, replacing them with traditional doors would be lovely.

Lovely cottage by the water. The cottage is spacious, clean and well equipped. We particularly enjoyed watching the beautiful view from the comfy lounges in the living area. Kitchen is big and has everything you need. Beds are very comfortable. We also enjoyed the fireplace in the living area, the row boat, fresh produce from the farm next door as well as a nice evening of sauna and swim in the sea. Great place for a relaxing getaway.
