From our first inquiry to our last day, Todd was wonderful to work with. The condo was awesome 😀. We walked in and felt like we were stepping in to someone’s home not a dressed hotel room 😂. We own and operate a catering business and were impressed with the kitchen and the fact it was stocked with everything to actually cook a meal in the condo. The condo was CLEAN!! We throughly enjoyed our time and will definitely be reaching out to Todd on our next getaway to the beach 😊

This condo is truly one of the most well maintained and comfortable I have ever visited in my VRBO ventures.
Todd, the owner, made the check-in easy and provided great details on the property and operations of the appliances.
The condo is EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN and beautifully decorated. Simple and very welcoming. We felt at home from the minute we arrived.
Beds are comfy and the hand-held shower massages are a plus. The water pressure is excellent and the hot water is despensed quickly.
The view from the large balcony is awesome. The clear blue water of the gulf is amazing and you can watch the waves roll in while sometimes seeing dolphins playing and sting rays traveling together up and down the coast.
You can lay on the beach, swim in the gulf or you have a choice of three pools, again very well maintained. To the right of the condo property you can rent jet-skies or rent a ride on a blow up raft pulled by a professional jetskier.
I highly reccommend this property and plan to visit again next year.

Great communication and easy to work with! Clean and organized! Updated features other than master shower and bathroom. Love the big screen tv, comfortable beds, kitchen appliances, furniture and climate control. Definitely will book again for the right price.

Our stay here was just fabulous. The condo was spotless, had absolutely everything we needed, and the location was perfect. It was very convenient to have beach service included, and the large balcony with breathtaking Gulf views was the cherry on top! We definitely plan to come back!

The condo was amazing! The communication with the owner was great and the check-in process was super simple! Todd was very easy to work with and very accommodating. The location was great and the beach was beautiful! The views from the balcony were awesome and the sounds of the waves hitting the beach were so relaxing. The pools were refreshing when you needed a break from the ocean. There were a lot of things to do in the area and many different places to eat within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

This condo was exactly as advertised on VRBO. The condo was super clean and very nicely furnished. Everything that we needed to live there for the month of February was in there. All we had to take in were the groceries and there are 2 markets within a mile of the condo for that. The balcony is really big, really nice and is a great place to watch the sunsets. We are a retired couple from Maryland and wanted to break up the winter by spending a month in Florida. We were definitely not disappointed at all in the condo or the location. In fact, we ended up very happy with our decision to stay here. Todd kept in touch with us occasionally to make sure everything was alright and we appreciated that. I would definitely recommend this condo and this owner!

Nice Way to Recharge
We loved the condo!!!! If you have more than1 vehicle you might have an additional charge for a parking pass--the other concern was there is not an ice machine on site so make sure if you're packing a cooler everyday you have plenty of ice on hand. Other than these 2 small things we enjoyed ourselves. .

This was my first time using VRBO and I was completely satisfied with the property! The condo was spacious, clean and well furnished. It was centrally located to the beach and all of the bike week events. I will definitely rent this property again!

Feels like home!
Todd's home is very nicely decorated and very cozy, with all the amenities! The condo is very spacious, has a great view, and is very clean. Absolutely loved using the fully stocked kitchen, relaxing on the balcony, and the easy access to the beach! The building is centrally located to many attractions and restaurants (Pineapple Willy's!) that are within a short walking distance. Todd is a very responsive and gracious host, which is most appreciated!

The condo was perfect. Had everything we needed and more! Beautiful view from balcony. Great location. Everything was well kept, updated and left us lacking for nothing! Kitchen is well stocked with cookware. Very nice and modern refrigerator, stove & microwave. Beds were so comfy. Washer/Dryer in unit. Wonderful communication with the owner. Would absolutely come here again and plan too!!

What a great vacation!! Our condo was perfect and just a described. Located within walking distance to some shops and restaurants. Even if you had to drive it wasn't too far.
The beach and sand... Can't even describe how nice it was!!

We had an awesome services with VRBO. The owners were awesome! Made sure we had everything we needed and got back to us quickly with any questions we had. Super friendly. Condo was super clean had everything we needed and more. Even a foot bath like at home. It was so comfortable it felt like home away from home. The view is gorgeous! Very safe with security. Highly recommend we will definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing place to stay in an amazing place!!

Great oceanfront condo
This condo was exactly as pictured, property managers were extremely responsive. Condo was clean upon arrival and very welcoming. My only complaints (minor) are the master bed (mattress was basically blown out on both sides) and parking was tough if you have a larger vehicle. Would definitely rent here again if I was in PCB.

The property was beautiful😎the beach was amazing and the water was so clear it was a fantastic Friday Saturday Sunday and then Hurricane Sally showed up.🤬Mr. Collins was nothing but awesome throughout our stay although we didn't get to be outside that much the place is amazing! Updated with awesome amenities and a great location. We will definitely be coming back to this place… hopefully without Sally's brother or sister hurricanes!😎

Friends Vacation
The condo is ideal for couples. With the 2 bedroom and 2 baths. The nice large table on the balcony with the great ocean view was our favorite spot for breakfast and coffee. Location is close to plenty of restaurants and Walmart. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

The condo owners are super friendly and made themselves available via phone throughout our stay. Some of our favorite things about Todd & Barbara's condo: the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, cookie sheets, casserole dishes, utensils, bowls with lids for left overs, and so much more. Plus it seemed like all the appliances were fairly new, for sure nice. We did not have to make do in the kitchen as we had everything we needed and only ate one meal out. The mattress in the master felt very comfortable to me and the sheets...well I'm going to buy the same kind for home if I can find them! The living room furniture was also super cozy with plenty of channels to choose from and even a selection of good movies that had been recently recorded. The balcony is spacious and high enough that you don't get all the beach noise but not so high that you can't see what's going on down there. As hot as it was outside the end of June 2020 the temperature inside was always just right, we never had to adjust the thermostat. I honestly don't know what I would have wanted different we had the comforts of our own home right there on the beach!

Amazing beach vacation home
Property is located in Panama City Beach. Directly on the Gulf Shore. Apartment was extremely clean. Fully loaded. The only things we needed to bring were our pillows. Communication with host was Non-Stop and accurate. The owner of the property was very accommodating. Cannot wait for next year to go back. I will definitely be renting this property again.

Very nice and great location
This unit was decorated very nicely and well maintained. Also very clean. The beach was beautiful and some of the whitest sands I have ever seen (I have been to almost all of the Caribbean islands). Communication with the owners was easy. Our family had a wonderful time.

Loved our recent stay!!! Barbara is such a nice person and explained all about the condo, down to fun things to do while we were there. Condo is beautifully decorated and well maintained. It was such a beautiful week the weather was gorgeous and the water was crystal clear! We would highly recommend staying here. Can't wait to return!

Beautiful Condo
Barbara was wonderful to work with and extremely helpful when we had any questions! The condo was beautiful and tastefully decorated! I did feel that it was time to replace the mattress in the master bedroom... it was not very comfortable and it was misshapen at the head of the bed and curved downward. The kitchen was stocked well, but I feel that some of the utensils and bakeware could be upgraded. (The muffin tin was rusted and the plastic handle of a knife crumbled in my hand when I tried to cut an apple.) I know the kitchen things are very small and by no means effected our stay, but I thought I would leave that suggestion. Overall, I would recommend this condo to others! Great location!
