The food was great, plenty of options. The staff were really friendly and enjoyed playing around with my 2 year old son.

We were looking for a calm stay far from the noisy Tokyo and we found peace at Roberto sunset beach resort. Amazing staff, they take care of you like you are at home. Food is also something incredible with a lot of choice that will please anyone. Roberto can organize island hoping, transportations and give a lot of tips about your stay. The property is located just in front of the beach with a wonderful sunset. The property has only 5 rooms which keep family feeling instead of big resorts … San Vicente is also not touristic, so you feel like the only one in town.

Wi-Fi is not good enough for 2023 I was there for 5 days and had things to do.

Amazing, peaceful piece of paradise. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food is good and reasonably priced. There are no other resorts or tourists around. Only five rooms, which make it easy to connect and enjoy meals with fellow guests at the communal table. The pool is great. We did a great island hopping tour organized by the owner. Amazing sunsets!!

The swimming out front is not great. Only wifi in the common areas. It would be nice to be provided with a pool/beach towel.

The staff was amazing. From the moment we arrived until they waived goodbye, we felt like a part of the family. Roberto and April were incredible hosts, I've traveled all over the globe and this was truly the BEST experience I've ever received. From the resort owner to every staff member, they absolutely know how to host visitors and make them feel special - keep doing exactly what you're doing, you do it perfectly! The food and drinks were well prepared and tasted GREAT!!! We ate all our meals there and each one was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were well cared for. I proposed to my girlfriend on the beach with a perfect sunset in the background. A staff member recorded the proposal and the entire staff helped us celebrate! We will definitely be back for another stay.

There isn't a single thing I could say that wasn't to our complete satisfaction. I just wish we could have stayed longer than a week.

Very beautiful location and resort. The staff were very friendly, treated us like family. Roberto was very helpful arranging all our transportation, amazing island hopping tours, and beautiful sightseeing tours. Beautiful sunset s at the resort. Roberto the owner went over and above to make sure we had a great time, thanks especially for his help organising a tour and transport for us when our plane was delayed. This is a warm friendly place with wonderful people working there. It also happens to be absolutely beautiful, right by the beach. The food is excellent and the rooms are comfortable, we would recommend it very very highly

The location and the beach setting is very nice with a great sunset. Also has a great selection of western and asian food not over priced and also a well stocked bar. The swimming pool was nice temperature and good to do a few laps.

Wifi in the room not great. If you have Smart wifi will work well though!! Wifi is the bar & restaurant does work fine.

Staff are lovely and very helpful. The beach is lovely and the restaurant has magnificent views and served delicious food. A very quiet resort and Roberto was very welcoming. We had a great stay.

Sunset Beach Resort was a beautiful, peaceful location for a romantic, tropical getaway with a pool and private beach. The owner is very friendly and helpful every step of the way. One of the best vacations I've ever had.

You can’t swim in the sea, there is bad WiFi connection (takes up to an hour to open an email, 10 minutes to send WhatsApp) Owner lied about several things. When given complaints he got a bit mad and said, this is the way it is. And if you want to check out you can. There was a pressure from him and his wife to drink and eat more. We paid a lot of money because we thought there was good WiFi connection. The breakfast was not included and was very poor. On the menu the American breakfast was included eggs, one egg actually, and it costs 30peso for an extra one.. Never going back
