Edifício de apartamentos para alojamento temporário. Bem localizado, perto da praia e com boas acessibilidades (metro, autocarros, etc) Tudo limpo e organizado. O apartamento tinha todas as comodidades necessárias. As camas eram muito confortáveis. Staff simpático e disponível.

Bien situado junto a la boca de metro, espacioso y cómodo. Hubo un pequeño contratiempo y lo solucionaron rápidamente.

Había un extraño olor a humedad en la habitación interior que hacía algo desagradable la estancia. Se intuye mirando cualquier plano de la ciudad, pero se hace necesario coger algún transporte para llegar al casco histórico.

Comodo il codice per aprire la porta senza aver bisogno di chiavi. Comodo gestire autonomamente check-in e check-out senza interagire con l’host. Tutto moderno e pulito.

Essendo un appartamento con cucina mi aspettavo di trovare i condimenti (sale olio e aceto) e qualche cialda del caffè in più (l’host ne ha lasciate due per tre giorni). Inoltre era presente la spugna per lavare i piatti ma non il detersivo, che va quindi comprato al supermercato.

Public transport and supermarket nearby. Easy to arrive to the beach and to visit city attractions. Apartment is almost new with all appliances in good condition, and has almost what you need.

Apartment is soundproofed only from the outside, but unfortunately you can hear absolutely everything inside the building. Neighbors who come from bars in the morning, or neighbors who are doing parties and who do not follow quite hours. If you come to Valencia to have fun in group, those apartments are an excellent choice, if you want to visit, relax and have a good sleep, then definitely not. During 7 nights I was not able to sleep well at least 6 hours per night.

The property is really spacious and nice! In a quiet neighbourhood and not close to the beach area. Super market is just around the corner and plenty of cafes.

The sewage in our apartment was poor. It’s flooding every time we have a shower.

Nice location : public transport and supermarket nearby. Car can be parked free of cost in the area. Apartment is almost new with all appliances in good condition, spacious and with everything you'd need. Ideal for families.

Good locations near the metro, a great restaurant near the property with Italian pizza, and the beach is in close proximity to the property.

I didn't like several things, first - there was no WIFI on the property, and when we tried to ask the host about it, he didn't reply. (There was a router, but no way to connect to it). The apartment was dirty, with dust, a clogged sink in the shower tub, and not perfectly clean towels. Also, we were concerned about our safety because to access our room, we had to use the same code, that everyone uses to enter the building. I am assuming, but not sure, that with our code, we could've enter any apartment, just as anyone could've enter our room.

There was no duvet for the cotbed. Also it was not immediately clear on booking that a deposit was required. The deposit request came through in spanish which I could not understand and i thought it was a scam at first.

The owners of the business are a bit disorganized. Instructions given by the property on how to enter after online checkin were not followed - never got an email that was supposed to be sent. Then, there was no wifi code in the apt, and although I wrote twice it was never sent to me.

It has an ideal location, with excellent public transport access to both the central city and the beach. The host is very helpful, responded immediately to our requests. The rooms are simply but efficiently furnished, the whole place is very functional.

Neighborhood is not clean, you are so close to the windows of the neighbors so you need to pull your curtains to keep privacy….

The apartment was conveniently located. We got to where we wanted to go easily by bus or walking. The apartment was clean and the lady who received us was very kind. They're only a phone call away should you need them.

It can get very noisy during the night. However if we visit Valencia again, we would love to stay again.

The room had everything we needed - sofa and TV area for chilling, kitchen had all amenities that we needed for the trip. We even used the balcony space as well; great for when the weather is sunny. The room was also equipped with air conditioning which was needed during our stay.

The room had a safe provided however it did take us some time for us to figure out how to use it as the button inside was not very visible. Unfortunately, the WiFi details provided was not working and had to rely on my data roaming which didn't have the greatest reception/connection.

Huge apartment, nice coffee maker, good quality of beds, nice location very close to Cabanyal and the beach!

It is a bit dark because it is between two buildings, we needed to turn on the light a bit before the actual night in the city.
