Large so a villa located in quiet area

This 4 stories Luxurious Villa facilities is actually awesome with 5 bed rooms with ensuite bathrooms, 2 toilets outside, cold water swimming pool, sauna, pool table, spacious kitchen and living room, rooftop area for gathering and Barbeque time. Location also high up of Dago Pakar Resort that offers nice view and fresh air of Bandung.

However the villa needs MAJOR attention from owner and management! Many parts of the walls are cracked and dirty, sofa pillows and curtains are stained, some part of of the stairs are cracked and hazardous, kitchen utensils needs to be replaced with new proper utensils for what a luxurious villa should be, water dispenser was broken (although staff managed to change it with the cheap plastic one), in-room stools are in bad conditions, lamps on stairs side couldn't be lit-up, it's very dangerous for the elderly to walk up/down the stairs in at night and its dark on the stairs side. Crosstrainer Gym Equipment was broken, so what's the point to be stationed by the swimming pool? Sauna floor also needs to be fixed. Oh, and extra bed? It's a foldable hospital extra bed, not hotel's type extra bed.. so small.

The facility were quite complete. Billiard, rooftop deck, kitchen set, private pool, sauna, parking lot, tv in each bed room, and nice decoration.

There was many stain on the couch (in the living room and rooftop) and it was dump. The blenket in some rooms were uncomfortable, rough and thin. They have many strict rules that we must to agreed with, such as check in and check out on time (we arrived at 1.45 PM, unfortunately we urgently need to used the toilet, i tried to contact them but no answer, the door was open at 2.00 PM. sad 😟). The other rules was we didn't allowed to make to much noise that could bother the neighbors. Ok, we understand that because there was local residents who live around it, but it made us feel hesitate since we brought 3 toddler that could cry and shout anytime.

A private pool, pool table though it is worn out. Many rooms for a big family to stay. If you are coming in a group of 8 or 10, you will like the space and the big living areas. Quiet at night and cooling. Breakfast is prepared every morning on the dining area for us at times we prefer. Though the items are simple, we always have choice of bread to go with jam, peanut butter and butter.

A little worn out compared to the photos displayed. House is clean, but maybe because of the location and 'open' style of the house, there are quite many ants, especially on the beds at the headboard area. Dust gather easier in the house because of the sheer size. Location not the best because you need to travel in and up and going everywhere else will require at least 30mins or more, depending on the traffic which can be really bad sometimes. But security wise is good as I can see several security points. Well, at least nothing bad happened to us there. Rooms will not be cleaned if you close your room doors so we didnt get a change of towels but that isn't a big issue with us.
