Location is really good handy for beach port and town receptionist/manager very helpful and friendly
Good sized fridge and useful having the jobs and microwave coffee machine and kettle
A bit tired looking needs more crockery and glasses a few maintenance jobs needed doing

La cama muy cómoda, la cocina bien equipada, buena ubicación y calidad precio recomendable
El frigo hace mucho ruido por lo que tuvimos que desconectarlo para dormir, había menaje con comida de anteriores huéspedes y habría que revisar los olores en el baño de tuberías, por lo demás, recomendable, hemos ido en varias ocasiones y seguiremos repitiendo

Room size is very good as is the balcony.
Kitchen facilities were also good but this could be better if there were tea, coffee and milk available, I arrived on a Sunday and all shops were closed.
Lack of tea, coffee and water.
Also being chased by the hotel as to what time I was arriving, this was disappointing given I had already indicated this in the booking

It was an extraordinary place. The view from the balcony was spectacular.
Everything was so comfortable for a one-night stay. The mini kitchen was well-equipped, and we enjoyed our stay.
We highly recommend it.

It was quiet, there was a small balcony with a side sea view, but there were two air conditioners on the balcony.
The bed smelled bad.
The bed linen was clean, washed, but the smell came from the pillow itself. It wasn't dry or dirty. This smell made it difficult to sleep. Also, the floors were not swept, everywhere there were long female hair.

The wifi was good and the location is close to the city centre.
I would never go back even if I'm paid money. It was dirty. It had cockroaches. Hairdryer broken. Cheapest ikea furniture. The owner's son tried to open our room with his master key (while we were inside). The female owner couldn't be reasoned with (she was shouting at other customers too that complained about the same issues as us) and she denied us reclamation sheets (which is illegal in Spain).

The hotel kept in contact up to our arrival. Curteous, friendly, efficient member of staff on reception.
Spacious room, air con and a lovely balcony space.
Everything was spotlessly clean.
Easy to find and in a quiet spot, near the marina, and close to the centre of Torrevieja.
The shower tray was quite slippery when in the shower
