Con 15 euro c e la possibilità di parcheggiare auto a 100 mt da camera il proprietario si occupa delle comunicazioni perché ZTL.
Gentili e disponibili.

the electric charge point is a public one and doesn’t work. we found rapidchargers (300kwh) about 5 minutes away at a sports centre (actual charging about 55kwh)

Great location near the escalator, easy to walk to the city center. Cristina is really friendly and helpful.

Communal kitchen/fridge and microwave use was a bonus.
Room faced right onto lane-way and there was not a lot of privacy offered there although this is not uncommon in Italy. No staff present at the property after dark.
Needs a fresh coat of paint. Could do with a little more cleaning around the edges inside the room and especially Bathroom.

Breakfast was good and plentiful. They provided a nice in room set up.
The only things I didn’t like were the curtains/shades in the room. The didn’t provide enough privacy or darkness. The other thing (there isn’t much they can do about it) is the parking. Even the closest lot is far away.

The apartment was perfectly located near Fontebranda and the escalators going up towards the Duomo. It was clean, with nice facilities and a kitchen, comfortable bedding. Beautiful views from every side.
There was a plaque mentioning something about breakfast. We didn't anticipate breakfast, as it was never mentioned in the booking, but was a bit confused whether it would come or not. Not a big deal at all.

Very comfortable room in great style with view on one of the churches. We could have our breakfast in our room at the desired time. There is no hot meal, but still it is good and you can select what you want. The location is excellent, a few meters walk and you find yourself in the heart of Siena. Parking is supported with a lower fee parking card. If you drive into the ZTL zone just to have easy unpack/pack, you have max 40 min and Elena needs to take a photo of the car with car plate and send to police, otherwise you can expect a fine.

Excellent place very close to the center , just 200m Hill up ,,, room for family of 4 with and extra twin the add for me , amazing view form the bath room , private parking for a fee ,,,.

the owner met us at the property and was kind enough to help us navigate the area as well as assist in dinning reservations! i highly recommend staying here not just for the wonderful staff, great clean rooms but also the location was perfect!

Everything was perfect. Super clean, convenient place, helpful people. The view from the room was unbelievable. Francesca was so polite and friendly! Minimal and cozy design, breakfast in the room. What else to ask.
