The location at the cliff is fantastic! And also the pool with ocean view is great!
WiFi should be improved as in other places on the island, because it’s very weak and mobile signal is also weak.
In general the houses could need a little update. We also had a lot of ants in our bungalow

Amazing. Limited room and very private place. Very affordable price, considering the amazing location and privacy we had during our stay. The staff were very friendly too. Love the cliff and the wave and everything about this place. Hopefully to come back

It was an exceptional stay and was well above my expectation. I did book another place but my partner was a stress ball thinking its too far since it was on cennigan island. I rebook and went with this place as it had an interesting location. THE BEST PLACE IVE STAYED! many people would say the same since the hospitality in Bali is beyond expectations, but this place was just well in the cloud.
Our room had view of the sunset, the ocean, waves you name it. Feel asleep and woke up to the sound of waves crashing below. It was so serene and peaceful.
We went exploring the island, but always make sure to come back by sunset to watch it in the infinity pool. Then the stars came out and we watched all the flights flying into bali across the water, thinking were glad to not be pushing our way out of the airport. Oh you can also watch waves crashing up the cliff every now and again, and seaturtles swimming in the water.
The room cost included breakfast.
Nothing! There was no restaurant there, but 5 mins down the road is a warung and a 15 mins walk from mushroom bay. We order our food takeaway and bring it back to hotel. Staff was very friendly and plated the food for us. We loved every day there.

Walking from the cabana to the entrance was a maze. Not a big deal, more entertaining.

nice view. nice room. nice staff and friendly. very helpful during our one night stay. can do pickup from boat to hotel. breakfast was good. they only served breakfast i think. other than that you can go eat outside.
the toilet and the water tap. the toilet feels slipery and oily. the shower head and all already crusty. the water doesnt taste good in your mouth for brushing you teeth so i just gargle faster i want to cry haha

Great value for money. The room was cosy, clean and comfortable. Ideal location with uninterrupted ocean views. So peaceful falling asleep to the sound of waves.

The views are unbeatable. Rooms very clean and you are right on the cliff so you can lay awake and hear the waves crashing all night. So relaxing. Only a small resort so we often had the infinity pool , hammocks and daybeds to ourselves. Good breakfast and walking distance to a few local restaurants. Incredible sunsets from the resorts
Not idea for young kids as there are so safety rails but we weren’t travelling with kids so wasn’t a problem for us, the main parts are a tad run down

Cliff Park blew us away. The property is just stunning, and the staff are equally delightful. Spent a week there and really felt at home. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy the power of the ocean at your doorstep. A big highlight of our time in Indonesia. Can’t wait to come back some day :)

One of the most beautiful hotels we’ve ever been to. The view at the ocean and the pool are just amazing. We could literally watch turtles every morning from our balcony! The room itself and the bed are also very comfy. staff is nice, breakfast also good. The second time ever I give a 10/10!

The Location is very good to watch the sunset.They have infinity pool to enjoy the sunset view.
The drop facility provided by the hotel through TANIS is the worst experience throughout the trip.
The driver is very rude. We have to wait 47 min in Sanur port for the pickup.when we ask the driver how much longer we have to wait the only response we are getting is to wait for few more min.
We haven't communicated that we are sharing the cab and the driver also didn't inform us.

The location is good, and you can see some turtles during high tides. Also the waves give a nice island ambience to sleep. Staff is helpful and the coordination with the fast boat company Tanis was very well done and on time.
Breakfast could be better, and the whole property needs some renovation works, but the concept of the resort and layout is good.
If some things wouldn't be that rusted, the first impression can be a good one. Hopefully they will invest on the property soon.

The location is perfect especially if you don’t drive motorcycle (which is quite dangerous if you’re not used to it as the roads in the island is quite rocky). It’s about 10 minutes walk from the Mushroom Bay, 15 minutes walk from Dream Beach & Devil Tears. The view itself is beyond stunning. One of the best sunset we’ve ever seen in Bali. We saw turtles and other sea lifes from the infinity pool & the cliff. We slept really well just by listening to the sound of waves. The staffs are very kind and helpful. They let us cooking instant noodles in their kitchen during dinner time. They provide water bottles in the room and for free if you ask the staff, which we found very helpful in such heat. You really need to stay here on your visit to Lembongan. You won’t regret it.
Like every hotels & villas in Bali, they got hit hard during covid as well and we can see it from the walls and other facilities. They used to provide food for lunch and dinner as well before covid but they stopped it and only provide breakfast. The breakfast was nice with 3 options, Indonesian, American, & Continental food. It’s more reason to stay here so they can fully recover and start running their restaurant again :)
On the mean time, if you need food / drinks there are many restaurants around just on walking distance.
