location, location, location!! Alright kitchen equipment l guess. The cleaning standard in the bathroom, bedrooms, living room, and most of the kitchen was good (apart from the part of kitchen not cleaned in a while).

Inaccurate bed sizes (which is one of the reasons we choose this property and paid slightly more for it), one of the lamps in the room didn’t work in the largest bedroom, the floor felt like you’d fall through it in that bedroom. Only one recliner working, coffee table an actual hazard/broken with parts of the top able to be knocked off. Shower floor also dodgy. Windows not that sound proof (we get city noise but wasn't double-glazing sound-proof). Mould and damp behind some doors. The drawer below the oven hasn't been cleaned in a long time.

A large, spacious apartment. Wonderfully well equipped kitchen and a TV in every room.

The road traffic noise in the bedrooms made sleeping very difficult. No earplugs were provided.

It was spacious, clean, more central than I thought. Great kitchen.

Only one bathroom for 6 persons.

The location of the property is ideal.

The electric blinds in the living area do not work so we were overlooked my the hotel guests in the adjacent building. When this was reported to the team, they insisted that there was a cord to pull. Not listening to me meant a delay in attending to the issue. Bathroom mad was stained. Teased by a TV in bathroom that doesn't even work. The shower head is fixed to the wall on the left which means you have to hold the shower head the entire time to shower. We returned to the apartment one evening to find boxes stored at the bottom of the stairs, a dangerous fire hazard. They have a cleaner come every Wednesday as stated in the confirmation email, however, we're sat watching TV and the cleaner just let himself in without ringing the bell. Completely unacceptable.

Excellent location and comfortable bedrooms. Lovely roof terrace from which we saw a fantastic free firework display. Many many televisions.

An extra bathroom or toilet would have been much appreciated as one between four double bedrooms didn't quite feel enough.

Couldn’t shut the living room shutter

When we were about to leave home we still hadn't received the key code. I rang helpline they said my passport was not adequate I'd so I sent image of my driving licence as well. They then asked me to hang up the call and promised to call back in 5 minutes. After 40 minutes I called them back. After another 20 minutes they finally accepted my id and gave me a key code. We then drove to Oxford and tried to get into the flat. The key code did not work. I again rang the helpline who where even more unhelpful than before. Saying they couldn't contact anyone to help me unless we hug up. We did but they did not ring back and when we rang them again we had to start the whole process again. After about 2 hours someone came to let us in. Saying the code we had been given would never had worked. By this time the rest of my party wanted to go home and give up for about hour. They thought it must be a scam otherwise we would have been let in by now. The children where all crying. Half way through the stay 2 people came into the flat without masks saying they were emptying the bins. We were taken by surprise so let them in thinking they were emptying our bin but instead they came through the flat with lots of dirty bin bags for what seemed like forever. We where worried they had given covid. In summary they treated us there guests appallingly. Please remove this accommodation from your site so no one else suffers as we did. In
