Walk out access to the beach from the property.

Every other amenity that property claims to have was closed, including bar, restaurant, shop, and most importantly swimming pool. There was no heads up about it from host or in a description of property. Air duct vents were all dusty and dirty. Overall condition of furniture is pretty outdated. During our stay there was a constant smell of weed going around the floor at which apartment is located. Apartment do not have dinning area and/or table set to have any kind of meals. We had to bring coffee table and chairs from the balcony and use them for breakfast and lunch/dinner that was pretty uncomfortable. We booked it for 6 nights stay, but left after 3 nights and booked a nearby hotel to be able to enjoy our vacation.

The hotel was a nice facility.

The facility was a ghost town. The pool was closed, no a/c in the hallway, water dripping from the awning outside, buckets holding dripping water, closed game room, closed lounge, closed restaurant, etc.

I get in and the musty old smell was very strong. It must had been closed for sometime. I wonder if the cleaning lady really clean the place before we came in. It didn’t smell clean. FYI. We had to purchase toilet paper and hand soap for the basics in the bathroom. I contacted owner explaining that water comes out hot but once you start showering it gets cold, so it will be super burning hot and once you start to change the water it will become cold. So long story short I had to bathe with cold water all 3 days cause my request was answered that the maintenance is under staff due to the holiday weekend and the water heater is new so that what I was saying was not valid. My 5 year old was not liking being bathed in either burning hot or cold water. No in between. The room is outdated. FYI-The parking is a bit complicated. The bar was closed the entire stay. They did explain that I had to sit and wait for maintenance while I was on vacation. So maintenance rescheduled for Monday and that is when we were leaving. I deserved feeling acknowledged and not get sorry is no one’s fault that the water is cold or doesn’t stay warm.

The view was amazing!

Apartments are directly on the beach, great location easy access to everything! 5 minutes from Bistro Cafe!! Make sure you go. Lots of other restaurants to choose from as well. The apt is well kept, the AC is cold, the balcony view is beautiful, the bed was comfy and she has Netflix loaded on the tv.

- No hot water my entire stay, I see in other reviews that's an issue as well (Memorial Day Wkend) -the pool was closed -No soap -Need additional wash cloths and towels -Since it's an airbnb, the front desk won't assist with anything.

Price by the hotel for 3 days and two night more economic. $ 399.00

should have standard nice soap for people in the bathroom and shower if they want to use it our not

The water temp in the shower…there is no constant you have to keep adjusting it one second the water is good, then it scolds you then it freezes you

TOO MUCH NOISE. The hotel rooftop heat pumps are incredibly loud in addition to the airplanes talking off and landing very close by. The pool was closed unnecessarily. It can’t be due to COVID because most resorts have their pools open. The bar food was lousy. who serves fish tacos without any salsa or pick de gallo?

The view from the balcony was amazing. It was easy to check in and the property bar, cafe, and beach were nice. I was surprised at how spacious the room and bathroom were! The kitchen and fridge were useful, if I needed to stock up and stay longer.

The tub and tiles were old but the water pressure and temperature were good.

Close to the airport, the casinos, restaurants, and the airport. Beautiful beach with easy access.

Sometimes not all the elevators were working.

Location was great. We did not eat breakfast there. Went to a diner down the street. The whole experience was fabulous.

We could of used more towels. We like to take showers at night and didn’t have the money for the laundry. One out of 6 light bulbs worked in the bedroom. The beds were, however, we didn’t like the plastic on the mattresses.

Pool closing at 6PM and the beach had sand fleas, the shower was cold or hot wasn't able to adjust to warm water.

The host was amazing. Any questions I had she immediately got back to me, even when the tv was not working and we had to three-way with the cable company. Her helpfulness exceeded expectations. Thank you. The place has a nice view and the a/c worked great.

This part I hate to mention as the host was awesome. There was no hand soap. It's COVID and after getting in from the airport I had to use my shampoo to wash my hands. Nor any tissues. Those are basics. There also were no extra blankets. Another pet peeve was that we were asked to buy toilet paper and paper towels to replace the ones we used. For the cost of the place I found that ridiculous especially when there were only four paper towels on the roll when we arrived and one roll of toilet paper which we bought 8 rolls (all CVS had) to replace the one. Lastly, we were asked to take out the garbage, which we did, when we had to pay an $85 cleaning fee.

Not much the bad outweighed the good

My AC didn't work for 4 out of the 5 days we was there. Complained everyday and nothing was done about this. Even spoke to two different supervisors and nothing was done.

The bathroom could have been better maintained - there was peeling paint in the tub and no way to control whether you wanted a bath or a shower. Also there was no cold water in the bathroom sink.

The view was beautiful.

I needed clean towels for my children because we went to the pool. The staff said they couldn't supply us with clean towels because it was through air bnb. I contacted air bnb and Noone responded. I stayed 2 days. There were no life guards at the pool. There was a roach on the kitchen counter. The glass mirror to the bathroom was broken.

The view was absolutely amazing. I could look out and see the beach and it was stunning. We had great proximity to local restaurants and stores, and a beautiful beach and pool were right there.

The shower was not working very well. I know it was on the agenda to be fixed though. The hotel itself had very limited beach and pool hours and I would have loved an evening walk on the beach.

Restaurants closed at 8 on weekdays and covid restrictions receptionist tells me no spare key after I had lost mine on the beach the night before my flight leaves for 4am there's nothing we can because its a airbnb go back and look for it at 10pm emailed the property owner didn't get back to me til 11am saying I need to make another key and I'll be charged I said how the front desk doesn't have one to copy he said housekeeping has one I told him I was already home.

The view was fantastic. The studio waa spacious and very clean. Anything you needed was a walk away.

The view is the only thing good about this room!

The furniture is from 1975 when the building was 1st built. There are NO chairs in the room. There are enough pots to cook a 7 course dinner but you will have to eat on the bed. There is no table or chairs to eat breakfast. No one would want morning coffee on the balcony because the sun is full strength on this side of the building. The bathroom faucets have never been changed since 1975! The shower is most of the water at the faucet and with some effort more will come to the shower head but regulating hot and cold water is difficult. The sink faucet is just as bad = 20 turn no cold water then a blast of water. These fixtures need replaced they are past their usefulness!

Studio was clean. Location was perfect. Love the sunset view.

However I didn’t like the parking garage. It was creepy. The studio needs a RENOVATION. Definitely needs to be upgraded.
