The beds are a little too hard

Rooms had black mold and heavy condensation from the ceilings dripping everywhere including on the bed.

It was clean and the rooms were comfortable . They also provided towels to use at the beach or pool.

What I didn’t like is the bar in the pool. We couldn’t enjoy the pool. That is very unsanitary. After a while in the pool the water was turning green and smelly

Everything was exceptional Wish they had the bars open till 1am but that wasn’t a big deal still had fun. They should have a dj at the pool every day 😂 I can’t complain about anything really we had a blast will definitely come back

I would have preferred an all-inclusive hotel but the Courtyard Marriott staff and ambience made me feel excited to be there. It was a very pleasant time.

The room was spacious, clean and absolutely beautiful. The view was to die to for. Kid friendly place. My daughter made a lot of friends at the pool and I liked that a lot. Staff is absolutely amazing and very personable.

My room was on the 11th floor, ocean pool view absolutely stunning. However my daughter and I were extremely uncomfortable the entire trip due to the humidity in the room. All of our clothes and shoes were constantly damp as soon as we arrived. I tried to put the air conditioner to 69-70 degrees to make breathing bearable in our room as we could hardly breathe. The air was so thick. I had concerns about mold issues and the humidity in the room. It was so extreme that despite the beautiful view, clean rooms and wonderful staff, I will not stay here again. I had to keep my room so cold that my daughter got sick as a result.

I liked that I had partial view. Valet attendants were pleasant. Easy to freeway

Manuel at the outside bar was rude, and didn’t make us feel welcomed. The refrigerator in my room didn’t work and I was told it is only to keep it room temperature no cold. What’s the point of a refrigerator that cuts off every 2 hours. Asked for late check out and was told it wasn’t available.

The location made it seem like jet planes were landing on us many times each day. We had to contact the desk after 3 days when the room was not cleaned by 4 p.m.! Seriously???? Reviews for the hotel restaurant were excellent, but... very overrated

The beach so close, food was so delicious, staff were very nice and helpful. Eating meals on the covered patio. Road hotel bicycles to the town center for shopping and some food.

Das Zimmer ist schön gross und hat alles was es braucht. Es gibt Liegen, Sonnenschirme und Strandtücher. Es ist eine schöne Anlage um Urlaub zu machen. Der Herr bei den Strandtüchern ist sehr freundlich und aufgestellt, hat einem den Tag verschönert. Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Das Bar / Restaurant Personal war ab dem 2. Tag ebenfalls freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Personal an der Bar / Restaurant war am ersten Tag eher unfreundlich und in der Bar waren alle Tische schmutzig. Dies änderte sich aber ab dem 2. Tag.

The part was the beach right outside the door. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The food was really good. The view from the room was great.

The rooms were in poor condition; they appeared excessively aged.

The rooms were nice and big. The food was good at the restaurants.

Hot tub water was filthy and brown. We came home with sand flea bites all over us. (Not the hotel’s fault, but won’t go back to that beach). When we were in Rincón, did not get any bites.

very dated, musty smell, food was very average, very loud with airplanes taking off (I knew it’d be kind or loud, but the rooms weren’t well insulated from noise like many other airport hotels where I’ve stayed)

The lobby restaurants/bars/casino. The beach was awesome. The valet guys were awesome and so quick!

The room. It needs to be remodeled. The bathroom sink was clogged. The pillows were horrible. The lamps were dusty. There was a huge disappointment I came across and notified the girl at checkout.

Didn’t like the pigeons so close to outdoor dining and bar. Loved the quality of coffee and items from the latte bar outside casino - open early am and closed later in the evening. Loved the bellhop dystem very efficient.

Directly across from our room 805 (balcony) was more of a lower class residential setting which appears to be quite run down. Also would like a little more security in lobby/elevatirs. Someone walked thru soaking wet and I almost slipped trying to get on elevator as he was getting off.

Location is perfectly awesome. Lobby veryuch inviting. Casino nice and comfortable. Checking staff was amazing no wait and very courteous. Will definitely use again

Valet-Luggage guy Be aware of valet / luggage staff asking for "his grease" 💰 very sad experience for the quality of hotel it is!

The area for the room is to small.

The lobby area was clean and comfortable.

The housekeeping team did not change our bed from the previous customer, and a large blood stain was on the bed linen, and it was a fresh blood stain.
