It was a lovely cabin, secluded and private. Wonderful for a quiet getaway. The lunch and wines at the winery were very nice. The hosts were great and very accommodating.
The bugs! But it is country, so to be expected.

the bed room and bed nice and comfortable view nice
we stayed at 4 other places and happy, we payed over $100 a night more here and no milk,tea, just coffee with no sugar
and dish washing liquid empty so had to drive 20 mins as out of town to get milk, dish wash etc, the heating was not on so
it was so cold and took 2 to 3 hours before it was ok, photos looked so great but most of the property needs looking after.
the shower drain was blocked so flooded the floor cleaned my self, when told to owner he said you could have rung, i said with my wife wet in the shower not possible and that house keeping was really poor, we pay a lot and get nothing for it

What a stunning location and a generously sized cabin! So comfortable that we didn't go out to explore; we stayed in front of the fire pit enjoying the country atmosphere all day. This is the perfect spot for a true getaway! The bathroom and kitchen are both modern, light and airy and the bed is comfy!
The cabin has a lovely kitchen and BBQ so a few little things like salt and pepper and oil would be a welcome addition. And cobweb removal in the living room too.

Excellent location. The view and privacy is brilliant. the facilities contain everything you could want.

Loved the privacy, space and birds! Close to all amenities while able to feel truly peaceful. Overlooking vines on one side and incredible Lake Moodemere on the other. Fabulous deck for enjoying the cacophony from the cockatoos and so many other birds. Complemented by ample space indoors with well equipped kitchen, dining, two couches and lovely bedroom and bathroom. Blockout blinds, curtains and reverse cycle aircon make the accomodation very comfortable. We stayed a week and were sorry to leave. Plenty of cycling trails nearby and we kayaked from the doorstop every day.
Nothing not to like! Highly recommended! Photos don't do the property justice! Ironically we were too captivated to take any ourselves! Take our word for it... the property is spacious and comfortable.

We loved everything about The Lake House, the gorgeous setting and views, enjoyed the fire pit each night, plenty of wood was supplied for 3 nights. The bed was soooo comfortable, and the bathroom large and clean with a beautiful bath tub.
Great coffee machine in kitchen with plenty of coffee pods, and kitchen well equipped and fridge well stocked with their wines from the winery.
Best bbq we have had from the many places we have stayed and we purchased the bbq pack which was yummy.
Great location to all wineries and short walk to the Moodemere Cellar Door.
Belinda and Michael are very friendly and very helpful.
Thanks for a wonderful get away, can’t wait to come back again

It was a little cool in the villa - maybe consider some additional heating in the bedroom
