Vue absolument magnifique (encore mieux que sur les photos), villa très spacieuse, super bien équipée, nous n'avons manqué de rien à aucun moment (il y a de tout pour toutes les envies) ! Villa très agréable pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille ! Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine.

La propreté laissait à désirer à quelques endroits. Les chambres du bas souffrent d''humidité (ça s'est fort senti à l'arrivée et surtout au niveau des draps, les essuis dans les salles de bain ne sechaient pas bien).

We loved the location and its proximity to Monaco and Nice. It is remote but a car hire is worth it, half our group did manage with taxis services. The property is huge and had so much space, with more than enough kitchen accessories, coffee machine and other gadgets. Smart TV an WiFi is handy as the mobile reception is not great. We were lucky with the weather and the use of the pool was lucky. There are restaurants 17 minutes walk away in the village. We found the stay excellent.

Rooms at the groundfloor were a bit wet and humid.

The villa is very spacious, has a lot of different seating ares, a good ping pong table and a nice view. The kitchen is great and well equiped. Our expectations were all met and we enjoyed our holidays very much.

Lovely spacious property with great inside and outside areas. Lots of room to socialise. The pool is fantastic with views over the sea and surrounding area. The villa is situated along a narrow road and is a 15 minute drive to the nearest shops so you will need a car. Menton is a lovely seaside resort with great restaurants and is situated a little further on the coast from Roquebrune-Cap-Martin and is good for swimming. You can walk to Roquebrune where the castle is from the villa down an old mule track where there are a couple of nice restaurants and great views. Monaco is about 20 minutes drive and is well worth a visit. If you like water sports then go to Beaulieu-sur-Mer where you can hire jet skis. Nice old town is well worth a look and is about 40 minutes from the villa.

It is a little remote but we soon got used to it.
