Идеальная квартирка для двоих, чтобы изучить Ментон и съездить в Монако (поезд до Монако в 2 минутах ходьбы). Квартира читая, все необходимое для сна, отдыха и даже для приготовления пищи есть. Прекрасный балкончик. Хозяин очень милый и приветливый. Огромный плюс для путешествующих на машине - частная парковка на территории кондоминиума, так как поставить машину на улице практически не возможно, а если и возможно то дорого!

Appartement très moderne très propre, super bien équipé, avec une belle terrasse ensoleillée et au calme. L'accueil par l'hôte François est très sympathique. Franchement, je recommande vivement ce petit cocon, je reviendrais c'est sur. Au top

Great location, main room a little small but the balcony was a great place to sit.

Only thing i can mention is that the airco outlet was at the balcony. So it was not nice to sit there.

Proximity to the sea and center is very closed.
Studio contains all equipment including brandnew washing machine, tv.
Also roguebrune cap martin according to us very calm and sea was amazing.
Everything was so good. I strictly recommend this studio

100 m from the sea, though the beach is stones. Walking distance to supermarket and patisserie for breakfasts. Nearby path round the coast to Monaco if you are feeling active. Private parking off street.
