Great facilities, home from home, beautiful garden

Nothing, everything was thought of, maybe get tongs fir the kitchen, inly thing I found missing!

We liked everything about the flat the location was perfect. We would like to thank Andrea for suggesting The hole in the wall pub it was amazing. Definitely will be going back to Appeltore

Been before great place everything you need very clean comfortable bed bus stop near parking on site beautiful garden to use very quiet no road noise come and go as please ... Lovely host .. deffo back again next year

A littke to far from town centre. My partner has mobility issues

The property was very well maintained with plenty of parking spaces, well sign posted and easy to find. It was also within walking distance of the beach and the town, with plenty of convenience stores and take aways near by. Andrea was very welcoming and had lots of recommendations for things to do during our stay.

Warm welcome, lots of information about places to go given by lovely friendly owner Fantastic apartment with everything you need and everything explained (water heaters radiators) lovely comfortable bed Beautiful gardens If you want a base and don't mind 15min walk to the beach and no sea views this is the place to go Will be booking again when returning to the area.

Great location warm friendly welcome on arrival. Flat was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely recommend and will be back to stay in the future.

Easy check in, everything explained

Quick and easy check-in . Flat was spacious, comfortable and clean with a well equiped kitchen. The welcome pack was very much appreciated and even had fresh eggs from Andrea's chickens . A lovely place to stay with a fantastic host who is always available if you need anything . Thankyou for a great stay and will definately be back next year .

Lovely flat very clean

The location was in a quiet area but within a 10 minute walk to the seafront with several eating places nearby and plenty of takeaway places. The room was very comfortable with everything you would need for a short stay. Having access to the garden was an added bonus.
