facilities really need to be updated.

Best part of this accomodation was a location. The view from the unit and easy access to the beach, fishing points and local shops.
Shortage of the hot water. We only had enough hot water for one person to have shower roughly between 5-9pm which was not convenient for family especially after we had water play including fishing.

kitchen and bathroom dated, needs blockout blinds in the master bedroom to stop heat and light early in the morning.

only 50 litre hws , ran out of hot water , no air con or even fans , got the tariff charged as an authorized deduction from my credit card even though I had paid in full months before . Receptionist, Shelley , rude and condescending, never will I go through that real estate or recommend

Kitchen falling apart bathroom water barely trickles needs major reno and you charge premium rates. We left 1 day earlier it was disgusting

The view!!
There was no shower with only a half bath, hot water not enough to even fill one bath. Was not informed and effected person with Disability stay ability to bath with ease.
Flimsy outdoor furniture. Strata book of rules making an unwelcome environment. Street Parking only! Smokers instant eviction anywhere on property. No basic amenities such as toilet paper, dish soap, tea or coffee ect.

A plumber arrived with his own key amd opened the door without knocking. Being alone travelling- this was unexpected and frightening. They were told the unit was empty.
I suggest procedures be reviewed- so clients are informed, and plumbers instructed correctly. Even - knocking if they do have a key .

Not very clean. Toilet dirty. Pillow cases dirty. Dirty towels from previous guests and blankets left untidy in cupboard. Bottle top lids in cupboard.
