This Place is Terrible, Check in delayed, Room well below rating, offered happy ending on check in, would not even rate this place, We checked in and went to room and checked out again, Management just the kept our money and offered no compensation or change, Breakfast not available as booked , Bistro closed down, nothing offered.

Close to the airport

Poor service, breakfast is not buffet, and the room is not clean.

The hotel is old but they have managed to maintain it as best they can through this peril of a time. We requested a change of a musky/ smokey room which was done very obligingly. Any requests for additional toiletries, beverage supplies & swim towels were delivered promptly. The top level pool is absolutely fabulous ! Even though they had few staff members they are managing to keep guests happy. Happy people 🙃 these Balinese 🙂

Water on the tiled elevator was cleaned promptly on request. The pool toilets were replenished & cleaned on request. Due to a shortage of staff these areas are going to fall short of being cleaned regularly but someone was sent to rectify the situation.

Location for the Bai and airport. And good price

The location was good. Near the airport. Lots of places to eat and shop around the area.

Rooms are standard. Bed is abit old and smelly. Shower wasnt warm enough. Was supposed to check out at 0600 but have to wait until 0640 because there was no staff in the reception to hand us back the deposit money.. The reason was that the next shift of staff havent arrived.. First experience like that in a hotel. Good thing the security guard on duty were very helpful and was able to get us out on time!

Friendly staff and convenient location to airport prior to departure.

Older building, but was a decent place to stay for a few hours to rest prior to late evening departure the same night. Booked to avoid any traffic delays getting into Denpasar from Ubud. Price was higher than what I wanted to pay but gave us peace of mind being close to the airport for our later departure. Our card key for automatic door opener failed and required a 45 min repair to get it working again. The facility was pretty crowded but not surprising given it was New Year’s Eve. Staff did all they could to rectify the problem. Room setup was a bit odd where TV was placed, but was functional nonetheless. Tried charging a fee for airport transfer but sorted this out with front desk that stated booking.con indicated complimentary airport shuttle. Staff did honor that and did not charge so we were grateful. Accommodation was good for our purposes and we were fortunate to find a decent place with short notice booking on New Years Eve.
