Being an independent apartment, it is very quiet and peaceful. You would feel absolutely safe here, security is top notch. I liked that it was not close to crowded spaces full of tourists. Great if you'd like to cook your own meals and live like a local. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality.

This was one of the best Booking experiences I have had so far. Silvia, the host, went out of her way to accommodate my every need from airport shuttles to a trip to the pharmacy for Paracetamol after I fell ill. I really can't say enough good things about the property, but I will give it a go. The room was big, airy and has a strong Wi-Fi signal. The kitchen has everything you would need in it and the beds really comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing, the surrounding area very quiet and peaceful. When it became apparent that I was too unwell to go out, Silvia and her neighbour delivered home-cooked food to my room. When the taxis gave me an unrealistic price to get to Tulum, Silvia instead took me herself. I don't think I've ever had such a warm, organised welcome in any of the properties I have stayed at. Silvia is extremely knowledgeable about the surrounding areas and can give you some great tips on how to get about and where to visit. I was so impressed with my stay I have already booked to stay again on my return to Cancun.

We booked this stay last minute, but it was such a great choice! We really liked it, a quite stay with birds arounds us in the middle of Cancun. It is not close to the "hotel area" but that is what we really loved. It felt like more Mexico. We had a car, and would recommend that to everyone, as you need a car to get around in Cancun, and for sure if you want to stay here :). But well recommended! We loved it! We would definitely come back!

Maybe only, or more advice. It is in a gated community, so you need to pass security everytime and that can take some time :).

The place is pritty much everything a civilazed person can want. Comfy bed with smooth sheets, shower, coffee, fan, AC, pool, everything was right, but the real jam is the host Silvia. She offerd us help when was most need it. I do not want to bore with details, but really, thank you Silvia once again you are an ANGEL. Thank you, Thank you. When we arrived she said - feel like home and then became our guarding angel. Thank you for everything you did for us, we love you.

Sivia is wonderful host. She picked me up in Airport. She is super helpful and super friendly. I strongly recommend everyone her place. there is everything what you need for the great vacation. I will be back :-))

I liked everything

The best definitely is the host Silvia, she’s great and help you with everything you need. The house is very nice also, apartment is big and the pool is great too. The kitchen has the basics for your need and if you nisso something Silvia will make sure to make it happen. Also I felt very safe at the property, the house is located inside q condo with private security and only residents can access.

it’s not close to the touristic places, so be aware of that, but it was not a issue for my purpose.

The pool was a bonus, quiet surroundings, and Silvia the host was excellent and went over and above to make us feel at home

The room is very spacious. Everything exceeds my expectations. I will certainly choose Casa Campestre again when I come back to Cancun.

I like everything Silvia it's really good

Clean, extremely comfortable bed, on a regular bus route, and before we arrived we asked the owner to pick us up some snacks and cervazas as we were not arriving until after midnight. She arranged transportation and food and drink was waiting for us. The kitchen was a godsend as my wife is a chef and loves to cook. All in all it was a fantastic 10 days. Thanks again. My wife and I can't think of a thing we didn't like.

This is a relaxing family environment. The host and family are delightful, speak English and are great company. They helped with the arrangements for trips, advice on buying a sim, took us to the food shops when we arrived, took us to the car hire company near the airport, booked taxi's for us, advice about places to go. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is spacious and has lovely view out at the garden and swimming pool.

Nothing to not like.

The manager, Sylvie, is very nice and friendly. We pre-ordwred groceries and she was amazing with helping getting them to our unit before we arrived.

We had to speak to the manager to arrange cabs, so it was a bit like asking your mother for permission to go out, and waiting for her to arrange it. The pool area is nice, but we asked if there was pool chairs and were told there was, but there was one broken one and nothing else. And the residents take the pool stuff so you are stuck without chairs or floaties. Also, we had to leave early due to covid and didn't receive any refund, even though it was beyond our control.
