wie auf den Fotos. super sauberes und schönes Apartment, mitten in der Altstadt von Lissabon, direkte Nähe zum Hafen. Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Bäcker und Supermarkt im Bereich von wenigen Metern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Best location if you want to explore Lisbon and feel real Lisbon night life. Pedro was very helpful and reacted quickly.

旧市街にあって　リニューアルされた快適な部屋。 鍵は２４時間隣接する駐車場の窓口で受け取ることができて、夜便でついても安心です。 ４階（地上は０階なので）なので　治安も安心で、エレベーターもあります。 調理器具も食器もそろっているので　食材を入手すれば　自炊が可能です。 歩いて３分でスーパーがあって　食材やお土産の買い物に便利です。 洗濯機もあるので　気軽に洗濯できます。 ２８番の市電も　歩いて３分で停留所があって　観光に便利です。 サンタ・カタリーナ展望台も歩いて１０分で行けます。 ビカのケーブルカーの駅も歩いて４分くらいです。

近くに若者が集まる　飲み屋があって　夜はうるさい（特に土曜日の夜は） ただし　寝室は２重防音窓になっています。 浴室の換気扇が故障？しているので　換気が不十分

The location is great, I loved being able to walk everywhere and then catch the wee 22B bus up the hill. It was well equipped - everything I needed was there. Pedro was so helpful, helping with any issues that arose. Definitely a great place to stay.

The neighbourhood is noisy at night - all night, all week. It is like living next to a sports venue some nights (last night there was sustained sports chanting/singing until 4am) or a frat house (drunk shouting, dance music). There is double glazing in the bedroom but if you wake easily you don’t want to stay around here. Finally, there are privacy blinds but no proper curtains or shutters on the windows so the lights shine in all night - bring an eye mask if you need dark to sleep. There is no pantry of staples so make sure you bring all you need (oil, salt, spices etc) if you plan on cooking.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay, close to everything. Thank you kindly for our bottle of wine on arrival, it was delicious!

Could be slightly noisy at night due to being amongst several bars. But that’s also considered a bonus as the location is fantastic for a young couple!

It’s my favourite location in the city for nightlife tourism. I use this apartment many years in a row. As a pleasant surprise the old ventilators were upgraded to ACs in every room this year. Extremely clean and well maintained apartment! You have elevator to your floor which is something you don’t get in this neighbourhood usually!
