The location near the airport was good. The apartment space was generous.

some outlets did not work. The apartment had furniture for an infant and extra beds in the living room. There were lots of cleaning supplies and extra stuff visible. It was not a luxury feel--not like the photos online. NO breakfast coupons were left for us on the table. The building and area seemed deserted in the evening. The towels were very thin and minimal. This apartment needs a lot of refurbishing.

I liked the place. Everything was also clean and the communication was easy with the host. Everything went smoothly.

Lots of space, the apartment was clean, and nicely decorated. Had a full kitchen and laundry room. Thankfully there were fans in the bedrooms, we didn't realize there was no air conditioning. Location is midpoint between airport and the touristy part of Lisbon. Was 4 Euro Uber ride to the airport. It was fairly quiet with the windows open at night.

Didn't realize there was no AC. Beds were quite hard, ended up using the couch cushions on the bed for extra padding. It's far from the heart of Lisbon, definitely a few subway stops away, but if you want a large apartment, it's a fair compromise. I didn't see anything in the listing, or our confirmation about a 300 Euro security deposit. I got a text message a few hours before arriving asking to send 300 Euro via paypal for a fully refundable deposit. I reluctantly sent the deposit via PayPal friends and family to avoid fees. We checked out, host agreed to full refund, but with PayPal fees, we were short changed $33. It should be made clear in the booking that a deposit is required. If the seller agrees to 100% refund, they need to actually refund 100%. I'm stuck paying $33 in fees because they use PayPal. It's a small dollar amount, but it's the principle of honoring their word, and now I've been wasting my time texting back and forth with the host several times today. It feels a bit dishonest of them to say the deposit will be refunded in full. Trying to not let my frustration overshadow the positive things about the property.

an excellent spacious 2 bed/ bathroom flat, great location, easy to get in to Lisbon centre and airport. kitchen facilities were good. very helpful host. would recommend

The location is very good, right next to the metro station in a pleasant neighborhood. The self check-in was seamless, super easy. Also it's not far from the airport. Thank you a lot for the list of places nearby! We used it to find supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment is big, modern and comfortable. The bedroom was quiet. Nice living room with a TV with YouTube, our kid was happy to watch cartoons in the morning. The security deposit was returned next day after check-out via Revolut, all went smooth! Good and fast communication with the host. Very helpful. I would stay here again, if I come to Lisbon next time:) highly recommend!

It would be nice to add some small things to make the stay exceptional, not that we "didn't like", but good to improve: - we were missing kitchen towels, at least the paper ones could help; - there were mosquitos in the night, so had to sleep with the closed door to the bedroom, not sure where they were coming from, since we didn't open any windows. Anti-mosquito devices in the bedrooms would be great to have; - no shower gel in the bathroom, but luckily we had it with us; - there was coffee, but not sugar and tea. Not a big deal, but pleasant addition.

the man who opened us apartment wasn`t very friendly - collect money for deposit and tourist tax which he didn`t pay as he did not ask for documents or even names... Kitchen was very poor equiped, unpossible to prepaire meal (only one dish), only one towel/person for all days, not enough toilet paper (we had to bought it). When I kindly mentioned taht one towel is not sufficient he started to explain how cheap our stay in appartment is, how expensive that appartment is, how many properties he has...

Lovely place for family of 4. Clean and location was very Convenient for catching taxis bus.

Fabulous apartment, light and airy. Close to city and metro. Proprietor really friendly and helpful. Spike perfect English. Parked car in underground car park which was very safe.
