very good location the view from the terrace is amazing. Nice apartment with very friendly and helpful owner. The location is good and there is own parking place. You can reach the water if you walk down a few steps.

The kitchen tools would be necessary to upgrade a little bit but that is all.

Incredible views of the bay!

Big room, comfortable bed and couch, nice kitchen with refrigerator, laundry machine, balcony, good WiFi... In short, everything is so perfect. To reach the beach, you should go up and down many stairs. But that means you'll have a really stunning scenery from the room and it's very quiet at night.

There's free parking. I was very satisfied with it. But if you drive a big one like F-segment, it would be little tiny. And it would be really great if there's a sign for the apartment. When I visited there, I just passed on the first pass.

The location is great and the views are amazing. We only stayed one night but the hosts were very kind and welcoming. It's not a luxurious place, but you have everything you need for a decent stay. The internet connection was very weak if you intent to work from there - thought it's worth mentioning but it wasn't a problem for us. You have some stairs from the property that go straight to the waterside. You have free parking included as mentioned in the description.

We enjoyed staying  in this cute apartment Miljan was a very welcoming host who even provided juice and wine for his guests. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need including a washing mashine. From the nice terrace you have a stunning view over Kotor Bay..The village Perast lies to your feet and is easily accessible by stairs (yes, many steps to take, but not a problem) or via the road. Perast is such a gem, no cars, no big hotels, lots of old buildings, calm und peaceful. A real contrast to busy and crowded Kotor. We really recommend this apartment.

Strange smell in the room

The view from the apartment is magnificent, you can see the whole Kotor bay. There is a stairway down to sea level so you can access beaches and restaurants easily. Private parking is provided so you don’t have to park your car in the public parking. The hosts gave us some welcome drinks, was very kind of them.

Incredible views from the terrace and perfect location

Miljan is a great host, he waited till we arrived (far later than anticipated), he provided free parking onsite, answered all our questions and gave us local tips and was flexible with the check out time. The room has a great view from the window as well as from the terrace.

While the rooms are very quiet and you do not hear the neighbours, you could bump into them at the entry of the room or in the terrace (even though there are separators in between) so it is not absolutely private outside (normal, like a hotel). The town of Perast is gorgeous but seems a bit expensive (most of the restaurants on the shore seemed rather luxurious and pricey) so keep that in mind when visiting. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.
